Have stayed here before a few years back when the owners called it something else. Still just as beautiful and that walk to the beach is just as stunning 😍

Nice work as always Ben. Finding the gems. Just love the colours of the shack exterior. What was the cute little tiny yellow house at the back? A little Sweeney place as a tag along? haha.

This shack (I must be honest: I initially heard “June” Shack at the beginning of the video - is this a good time to again mention that I love you accent…? I know, I know, you don’t have an accent.) gives off the most amazing retro 60s vibes, from the kitchen backsplash to the cork ceiling to the furniture…so many little touches which contribute. The hosts are amazingly generous people, providing a pet-friendly environment and including ready-to-bake croissant for the morning’s coffee - truly exceptional folks. That view at 4:50 just floored me when Brett came upon the beach - completely unexpected (even though you were building up to it in the voiceover) and stunningly beautiful…worth the price of admission alone - and to think it’s a private beach! I think the smile at 8:04 says it all. And that yard: fire pit, hammock, green lawn and so much space! I can see why you’ve fallen in love with this place - I mean, who wouldn’t? Final note: being from Maryland (state motto: “Maryland is for crabs.”), I must call out the crab statuette on the chest of drawers at 3:56 - love it! Thank for this unexpected, yet greatly appreciated Christmas present. Best wishes for a magical Holiday Season to you, Brett, your lovely dog, and all your loved ones. Cheers!

Oh! And as always a thank you to the hosts, Michael and Tina?? Forgive me if I got that wrong. Certainly on my wishlist if I was lucky enough to visit Tasmania. Beautiful place. So chilled. Cheers.

Ben and Brett. WOW! Yes what a charming place! And what a location. The beach is unbelievable. Just the dream beach. As you say " equipped for living". A real chill vibe that would be so easy to make home for your stay. Nothing over done, a nod to nid century and beach style living. Plus this must be one of your best videos to date! ( And as you know I have been around since the start! 😂) The drone shots , the sound track and the balance of outside and in. All times of the day. And of course your amazing dog steals the show! ❤ . No doubt subscriber numbers will increase! Excellent. Hope You All doing well? Thank You as always. Take care.

I have watched this over and over, and I am going to use some of these design features for a cabin that I have in the works. I have already drawn it up, and will be working on it in the next few months. It is not as grand as this one, but will have some of the same feel, without the tub and bathroom. I am replicating the seating bed area, and the black kitchen wall. Can't wait!

Nice video, though I think it would get more views if you showed yourself living more, rather than talking about how you stayed in it. People also love to hear noises too.

This is beautiful, and I would love to see the insides of it, especially how the water works (including where it's from if this is off-grid).

Well done! Branching out onto the mainland, and the wine country of Victoria, no less. Amazing views (I particularly loved Mt. Everest at 0:05!) all around this tiny house, which truly looks like what a clueless American would imagine a bush country home to look like. The whole structure, both inside and out, creates an amazing sense of place. No attention to detail has been spared. Rustic, yet elegant wood paneling and furnishings with charming elements throughout - and a very well-appointed kitchen for such a tiny home. However, that copper-pot sink in the bathroom is an achievement of brilliance. The porthole windows are a picturesque touch, especially since they provide views of the stunning surrounding landscape: the frame at 6:25 could truly be a picture postcard! How wonderful that the hosts provide the makings of a full Australian Breakfast (yes, that means wine is included), along with a charming welcome note. And any place which provides pairs of bespoke brand socks must be owned by the most amazing people. Oh, and thank you for the translation on the workings of the roll-out sleeping platform. One quick question: does the roll-out sleeping platform always come complete with a bearded, barefoot studpuppy…? Nonetheless, providing a sweeping panoramic view during the day in addition to its titular use at night makes this a wonderfully unique feature. Shout out: The Man From Snowy River! Such an enjoyable movie, which I believe was responsible for sparking America’s love affair with Australia, or at least forcing your average geography-ignorant American to find Australia on the map. But, I digress. Woodfire sauna and not one, but two soaking tubs - I know you must have been in your element. And that campfire: great for cooking and for enjoying a glass or two of one’s preferred beverage. Another enjoyable video with excellent production values - each one a step towards great things. Time, methinks, for a well-deserved pat on the back, good sir. This remote setting sounds the perfect spot for the Stella the Stargazer location. Truly a “tiny home with a big heart.” Final note: a good man is hard to find, especially one who does the dishes…

I live in 600 sqft/55.75 m2. The older I get the less indoor space needed. I could down size for a nice little place like that. Great review, hope they are doomed out.
