I'm not usually a fan of A-frame cabins, probably because most of the ones I've seen before have been very dated, but I really like that one because it's so modern and much more open-plan. 😊

I’ve always been a fan of them, but haven’t really had any experience staying in them prior to this one. Not that I can recall anyway. I agree, this one is nice and modern, and didn’t feel cramped or boxed in. My only thing is I sleep quite hot and lofts can get a little stuffy, but this property has great ventilation and a/c as well. Thanks for watching Rob!

Again, I’m surprised that this property gives off such a secluded vibe when the drone shot shows it surrounded by other houses - the builders knew exactly what they were about as the spot on which the home was built is truly lush and green - those ferns! And the swing is a nice touch; although, unless the swing were repositioned next to the hot tub, I cannot imagine it getting much use… Clean minimal lines throughout, with the highlight of these clean lines being that elegant contemporary bathroom: what a brilliant space-saving feature the shower offers. Gorgeously simple spiral staircase is really a work-of-art which blends seamlessly with the foyer. And the reading nook build into the side of the A-frame structure is pure genius. The living area looks quite cozy, with the hanging chair a welcome feature. And one always enjoys a fire for a delightfully warm atmosphere. The kitchen looks serviceable with all the necessary accouterments (If they thought of a cutting board, then they’ve thought of everything else.). Let’s talk booze: wine and mixers and soda (oh, my). And what a wonderfully unique welcome basket of a chocolate fondue complete with fresh strawberries! Such an elegant touch. Nice deck with comfy furniture - a fire pit would have been an enjoyable feature, but one cannot have everything, although I noticed a (probably cashmere) blanket on the deck railing to supply a bit of warmth on chilling evenings. Nonetheless, the property’s crowning glory: a cedar wood hot tub…cedar! Does this property come with a Nordic pool boy as a standard feature…? Well done on enjoying the hot tub with a bottle of sparkling wine (Australian, I trust!) complete cheese and crackers (and salmon!). The windows! The views! The everything! A-frame homes are quite popular here in the States, especially in the mountains, as the roof’s shape lends itself well to heavy snowfall. Congratulations on once again securing a loft complete with airflow as well as stunning views! Speaking of which: 3:42-3:48 = two of the most stunning views shown in the video. I must comment on your sneakers (methinks you call them “trainers”), which are quite the fashion item and blend well with this luxury hideaway. As always, love the humorous blooper outtakes at the end which punctuate the point that making these videos is not such an easy task - just ask the duckies…

Mark! I am so sorry for the delay with my reply here. I thought I had but I must have never hit post! Firstly, thank you for your support and for simply being here, it means a lot to me! Yes the property is angled perfectly, and while there is a little bit of a close proximity to a newly built home on the upper slope, but some carefully placed trees and plants will in time provide a perfect cover. I personally love Ferns, they are very Tasmanian, as am I. Honestly I love the white swing where it is. Its such a green little tranquil entrance, and is a great spot to enjoy, a different aspect to the open views on the balcony, but I appreciate your perspective Mark :)

Whoops, I hit post too soon! haha I'm not having much luck here Yes I agree a fire pit on the balcony would be great, but the one inside was really great and so easy to use being a pellet fire. And yes, I scored another loft. The US has heaps of Aframes, and that completely makes sense about it being helpful for heavy snowfall. At that angle it would just slide right off? Haha m fashion needs to evolve, but thanks for the sneaker/trainer vote :) Bloopers are my favourite part of the video. Thanks again Mark. Have a wonderful day!
