I can say that your kicking and hand techniques are definitely at a skill level above most of the more well-known instructors putting themselves out there! The control when sticking your kicks is close to perfect!✌️🥋

This is helping me a lot. I recently got back into TKD from a five year break. I am already a first dan and the new class is letting me start from first dan. It's just a bit hard trying to cram it all back into my brain lol

Your channel randomly appeared on my feed and I was not expecting your technique and skill level to be at such a high level! I wouldn't look forward to sparring against you. A great example of what dedicated training and focus can achieve

Excellent. I use these for 2 step sparring. Explained really well. Thank you.

I am happy to not see the "sine wave" added into this pattern. When/where did the nontraditional black uniform come from? Not judging, just curious. I don't allow anything but traditional white in my Tkd classes. When taking jiu-jitsu, my first coach allowed us to have colored uniforms. Second coach would let us, unless it was a no gi day, but if one of the forefathers was to visit we had to strictly wear the traditional white. My 3rd coach doesn't care at all, says tradition has its place and his place is not that.

The dobok worn in the video is the T.A.G.B. instructor uniform. Official student doboks are still the traditional white (although whether they are enforced for lessons is down to the individual instructor, as you're obviously aware)

Your skill level and teaching style keeps me coming back to this channel over others with male instructors who usually seem to speed through almost impatiently! When you see a pettite female convincingly demonstrate techniques that would incapacitate a male attacker twice her size and strength validates the style more for me! Thx for the great content as always!✌👊🥋

Stop the video at 1 min exactly and you will see the chamber position of the Sonkal Daebi Macki, i was told that the front hand (in this case the left hand) should begin the move at the shoulder level and the back hand should begin the move at head height, not straight up vertical. Great pattern by the way.

spinning hook kicks always seem easier on barefeet, i try them with shoes and i never get directly on the ball of my foot for the turn enough and stop mid way.
