I didn’t understand wipe warmers until I used the perri bottle with cold water down there postpartum and it was horrible. Can’t imagine what it’s like for a baby. However, I just warm it up in my hand before putting it on them.

Do you have any pre-teen girls in your church that are not old enough for a "real" job, but would love to earn a few dollars? Hire a young mother's helper to do stuff like stand on the other side of the bed to help you make beds. etc, etc. There are lots of those chores that you can share and mentor a young person besides. Do it.

I used the receiving blankets from the hospital as burp cloths. They work great. I was not going to get a Boppy for my 3rd baby, as I really didn't use the one I was gifted for the first 2, but was gifted one again and have used it this time. It helpwd get her at the right level when she had trouble latching. Totally agree on not needing a changing table.
