Hi! Great video, I was wondering, I need to do cutadapt of some fastq sequences I have. Is it possible to run cutadapt through R, using a python interface (sort of). I'm unsure of what your big purple thing is, so I don't know if I can use your trimGalore thing! Thanks, Amy

You could use TrimGalore on Galaxy. I am currently trying to learn the parameters to remove low quality data.
