@Dude_Blender15 күн бұрын
Hey mate. B activates "base point" it takes the point you click next as the base, then the next one as the reference. Here we want to move the vertex in only one axis so that it matches the horizontal position (but not the vertical) of another one. Hope that clarifies.
@kermitrehab15 күн бұрын

I might of missed this, but the accumilated amount you earned is always payed monthly? Or does it vary on how many individuals watch your video per month?
@Dude_Blender16 күн бұрын
@@anadventfollower1181 hey mate, yes, it’s paid monthly as long as you clear the threshold. If you don’t reach the threshold in a month, that amount accumulates with whatever you earn the next month and so on until you reach the minimum.
@anadventfollower118116 күн бұрын
@Dude_Blender So the total amount say $70 accumilated is payed every month? So the next month could be $70 or more? Or does it reset and only reflect on the new viewerships? Thank you for responding!!!
@Dude_Blender16 күн бұрын
Ohh I think I understand your question. You generate money based on the views you get in a period. If you make $70, and they pay them out to you, now your balance is $0 (as the money has been transferred to your bank account). If in the next period you make $40, let’s assume the pay threshold is $50, they won’t pay you your $40 that month so it accumulates. If next month you make $20, it adds up with your balance of $40, total $60 and they will pay you your $60. Now your balance is $0 again. Does that make sense?

I am an experienced interior designer who is trying to switch from software like SketchUp and AutoCAD to Blender. Thank you for the clarity and validity of your explanation that I was looking for. Blender software should improve itself a lot in terms of the beginning of modeling (CAD). Users will increase a lot. Blender developers are not aware. There are add-ons. But they need to improve the net drawing starting from point, line, surface. (Tr.) Add-on lar var. Ama nokta, çizgi, yüzey den başlayarak net çizimi geliştirmeleri gerek.

@Dude_BlenderАй бұрын
@@noobplays4376 hey dude! Right! So the % represents the modulo operation, it’s like / for division or + for adding. 11/3 can also be written in terms of a whole number and a fraction of a number. 11 divided by 3 is 3.666, or 3 and two thirds. So 11/3=3.667 and 11%3=2, does it make sense?

Great tutorial! However, I ran into some issues with the windows. I tried assigning different colors to each room, but it didn’t work for rooms that share a wall. My approach was to outline each room and the exterior walls, then extrude them one by one. The doors worked fine, but when I added the windows and included them in the boolean collection, they became distorted, they had become boxes. Could you help me figure this out?
@Dude_Blender2 ай бұрын
Hey mate! Yeah adding materials is something I’ll cover in the next version of this video, BUT, it’s easier if you just apply the modifiers, first the solidify and then the Boolean. Then you can assign different materials to different walls. Note that this effectively commits the geometry so from that point on making changes to the walls is significantly more difficult. Hope this helps!

Hey mate, the archimesh windows already come with a glass material so it’s most likely that you haven’t used the Boolean to cut the hole into the wall. At 2:11 that’s what I’m doing so it’s not that they turn blue, but that a hole is being cut on the wall so you can now see the window. Before that, the window was “inside” the wall so you could not see it. Does it make sense?
