It is sweet that Uyen spent most of her time with family rather than spending more time as tourists. What a pleasure to see our country through the eyes of such a wonderful couple. Problem is that you will get all the chemicals into your juice. Much better doing it the old way by hand, thus preventing juice being contaminated by outside unwashed heavily treated with chemicals.

Hi Uyen! Big fan here. I am afraid you have scratched the surface only and Sydney does not represent Australia well. In Adelaide (where I live), there are koalas even in the city centre. The Vietnamese community started here in the 60s or 70s so you will see their influence in the state's culture. I really hope you get a chance to visit a regional town/city that is at least 400 km from a capital city. Then you will experience the real Australia--50,000+ years old but still strong-spirited.
