Hi, what a great tip. TFS. I was wondering after you heat set the white embossing powder, instead of colouring the words with your coloured marker, could you use your coloured marker onto the stamp? Then stamp the coloured ink onto the white words then pour clear embossing powder on top and heat set. Sherry from Canada 🇨🇦.

The heat embossing would resist normal ink, it’s only alcohol ink that would stick to it and I would use alcohol ink on your stamps as it would dry too quickly to transfer the colour and would permanently mark your stamps.

I love these adorable mini purses! I definitely will be making these for a Valentine gift with chocolates in for my staff. And I also love the tip on using tweezers to transfer the Velcro dots. I’ve been paper crafting for a number of years and never thought of this. I think you could use mini brads to attach the handles to. 😉🥰🙏

You you can use mini brads on these too. I didn't feel the need to until I did the one out of 12x12 paper and felt it needed it for the added support, because that comes out quite big. Enjoy making them, your staff will love them 🙂

There is not a separate tutorial for the 12x12 as it is exactly the same process to make. The scoring and sizes for the other pieces are all in the description of this video.

Good morning. I have 1 more question for u. I have everything figured out on the card but is there a way to put another item closer to the front (window pane) in the middle? I love this card is so interesting. I'm making a holiday one where the outside is brick and when u open it you're looking through a window.

Hi Julie, To be inside the card it needs to be able to slide and although you could put a closer slider in, the window would have to be too small as there would be not room to tuck in behind when folded up. Maybe you could put a window sheet in the front panel. You would see it when the doors are closed but you still would be able to see through it to see the brick wall?

I really don't know Julie, I've never used a Cricut. You could maybe use a rectangular die if you have a die cutting machine.

This is really pretty and dinky too, thank you. Do you know if you use white Velcro dots you can colour them with felt tips pens to match your colour scheme :) I shall be making lots of these to sell at my SEC Christmas venue xx Jean from Scotland.

I think you would be able to colour white velcro dots if you use alcohol based markers, something like the Stampin' Up! Blends.
