Hi there. Thanks so much for your tutorial. I was a little surprised that you took the very slow and painstaking way of cutting your window instead of just using a rectangle die, but I still enjoyed it. Thanks so much for sharing. I really like your card.

Is there an svg file to have the cricut cut this out? I love your card and can't seem to find a svg file to have cricut cut it out.??

I really don't know Julie, I've never used a Cricut. You could maybe use a rectangular die if you have a die cutting machine.

I love this card! Thank you for showing different ways to cut out the window and finger holes. That helps for those of us that do not have the dies or punches. I love how the dancing girl floats. I will be caseing this.

Good morning. I have 1 more question for u. I have everything figured out on the card but is there a way to put another item closer to the front (window pane) in the middle? I love this card is so interesting. I'm making a holiday one where the outside is brick and when u open it you're looking through a window.

Hi Julie, To be inside the card it needs to be able to slide and although you could put a closer slider in, the window would have to be too small as there would be not room to tuck in behind when folded up. Maybe you could put a window sheet in the front panel. You would see it when the doors are closed but you still would be able to see through it to see the brick wall?

Hi Sharni, I have updated the comments to include imperial. I would be grateful if someone could try it and let me know if the measurements need tweaking?

I have fallen in love with your card. Do you happen to have the measurements in imperial. I will also send you an email. Thanks for any help. I would love to make this card for my mother's 95th birthday this August 20, 2022.

I'm so glad you love the card. I have done my best to work out the imperial measurements (see video comments above). I would be grateful if you could try them and let me know if there are any errors or not as I don't work in imperial myself.

Hello Pat Johnstone here. Just watched your theatre card . I have an elderly craft group and just last week we made a theatre card but the problem is the sliding piece s come out from behind and I was wondering how to stop that from happening. Please.

When you say it’s sliding out from behind, is this when you are opening it or closing it?

Thank you for your tutorial on making this wonderful card. I was wondering if you could give the measurement also in inches if that is possible? I would truly appreciate it. Hope you have a wonderful blessed day. And I also thought you did a very good tutorial

Hi Christina, I would be happy to work it out in inches for you but I won't be able to do it for a couple of weeks as I am travelling. But send me an email to trish@handmadebytrish.com and I will send measurements to you when I can.

sorry, you mentioned other cards you'd made using baskets of flowers and meerkats and it would have been lovely to have shared just the pictures of those as well to give us more options. Maybe next time. Thanks again so much.
