My printer isn’t on here, I can’t find a link to it anywhere. It’s the deskjet 2700 all in one series

Great! This worked a treat for me. Took a lot of perseverance; I had to remove the printer and set it up as a USB printer for the firmware downgrade. During the firmware update/downgrade, it seemed to hang on 'Verifying Update' on the printer screen for about 10 minutes, then it suddenly applied the firmware and the cartridge message change to a recommendation. I also had to re-install the driver for the printer when setting it up on USB. I got this from the HP Support page. And then had to go through a lot of setup windows, ensuring I didn't let it report anything back to HP or allow it to monitor the cartridges. All working fine now though. Thank you for the video. 🙏

Hello, thanks for this video. I recently bought a 2019 forester and I am experiencing this issue on a cold start. When it warms up or if I put the car into another gear, it gets quiet. Will the tensioner also make a loud sound during acceleration? I notice a 'grrr' sound coming from under the hood when I step on the gas pedal, especially from a full stop. I thought it was an exhaust leak but it might be this. Did you experience this?

I had the same irritation but none of this worked. However, I found another way and hopefully this will work for others if the issues persists. On your printer...go to MENU...Function Settings...Printer... Printer Settings...Prioritize Driver Settings When Printing...TURN Multi-Purpose Tray-OFF & Drawer 1-ON. Then go back to the previous window and go to... Paper size Override-On... Also, Auto Skip Error-ON. These settings fixed it for me. Hope this helps.

This was interesting and somewhat helpful. I realized I wasn't getting 12 v to the hot terminal on the solenoid. Pulled the key, wasn't getting a hot there either. Then traced that back into the engine again where the hot wire leading to the key had broken off about 1/4 inch from the main wiring harness plug. Needless to say it was a pain to repair being broken off so close, but I got it. Boat starts on a whim. I'm actually really surprised because its been sitting for about 6 years. Last time I ran it, I knew it was going to be a while, (though not this long) and ran it out of gas, then drained the carbs before leaving it. This time around, I pulled the carbs just to check them out, they looked very clean, no bugs or gas residue. Put them back on, then noticed some cracks forming in the fuel lines. So I changed out all the fuel lines and the indicator tube from the water pump. Somewhere in doing all that I must have wiggled that connection that was barely holding on and broken it free. This was made all the more annoying because some previous owner had spliced a bunch of the wires at some point in the past with many of the same color and size green wire lol. So if anyone else is struggling, just keep tracing wires. There was actually another wire that was also broken though it was not in this cluster and very obvious. All in all from the boat running when I parked it I had to replace all the fuel lines, one water line, repair 2 broken wires, and replace one fuse (actually the whole assembly). But it works now. I'm still going to replace the water pump since its been sitting so long, but it could go in the water right now.

How long did it take to do this update? I am trying it with link in description & stuck for about 10 min saying updating printer firmware & then says failed please turn off & on printer & try again & done that several times. I used the USB cable also & same issue so its not a Wi-Fi issue with this. On the printer screen message saying NON-HP chip detected & being blocked message. I assume this is a failure now & just toss the printer out on the street or sell it online for parts etc.

I think someone should start a class action lawsuit against HP.
