the nvme is overspent because gen 4 is good enough for gaming unless the gen 5 is used in a workspace that needs high transfer speeds

i got the sapphire nitro+ of this card, i would've gone for the 7800xt (sapphire nitro+ as well) but it costed $200 CAD more, so i went with 7700xt instead, its only like 10-15% weaker than 7800xt in most games its only a single digit fps difference in highest settings

you could always go down to 720p medium and you could get like 60-80 fps and its hardly different.

Got a MSI Radeon RX 5700 XT EVOKE OC and upgraded the thermals and clamping force with some washers, and it still holds up. And it sounds a little less like a jet engine now, and the junction temps have gone from 115°C to 80°C during peak load. Got me through the GPU shortage and it will last at least till it cannot run AAA games at least on medium 1440p FRS on Q.

im replacing my arc A770 titan for the tuf gaming 7800xt had enuff of the arc kept getting my drivers downgraded by microsoft update and as for the fans not being on until at 50c is a joke so i had to keep using manual control.. so il have a rx 7800xt and 5700x3d set up

I got the 7800 XT the day after it launched @ $499. It came with Starfield, but havent played it. Upgraded from the venerable 5700 XT. Nearly doubled the fps in most games. Great card with no issues for me. It's a long boy tho.
