It has that eerie keyboard sound. Phil sounding angry towards the end of the song!

To me Kay has to be one of the most underrated guitarists EVER, if you hear some of their LIVE music she is extraordinarily talented!!

@kaybrown4408 How the hell was this NOT a hit, one of the best pure pop songs I've ever heard! Still a huge fan of Fassbender Russell to this day ♥

never heard the full version of this song. i understand why they cut it, it flows better without the extra verse.

As a child, we had this album. The other songs are all great. Only Burl Ives could do any of them however This song is one that knowing what it will bring it can't stop me from playing it. Always a tear from 6 to 64, it still does.

Um yea, this is what we are going to do. Sit back, crank the beatbox up, smoke a joint, trip some shrooms, drink some cocktails, beers, maybe a cigar or a couple cigs, dont forget the hot chicks, fireplace wood stove going, lets get fucked up.

Use to listen to this great music on the radio in the 80’s. Now when ever I turn the radio on in the car, it sucks. I miss the old CFNY 102.1…

The synthesizer on Wham!'s "Last Christmas" was played by George Michael himself. George Michael not only wrote and produced the song but also performed most of the instrumentation, including the synths and drum machine programming. Genius.

I feel so unsure As I take your hand And lead you to the dance floor As the music dies Something in your eyes Calls to mind a silver screen And all its sad goodbyes I'm never gonna dance again Guilty feet have got no rhythm Though it's easy to pretend I know you're not a fool I should've known better than to cheat a friend And waste the chance that I'd been given So I'm never gonna dance again The way I danced with you Time can never mend The careless whispers of a good friend To the heart and mind Ignorance is kind There's no comfort in the truth Pain is all you'll find I'm never gonna dance again Guilty feet have got no rhythm Though it's easy to pretend I know you're not a fool I should've known better than to cheat a friend (Should have known better, yeah) And waste the chance that I'd been given So I'm never gonna dance again The way I danced with you Never without your love Tonight the music seems so loud I wish that we could lose this crowd Maybe it's better this way We'd hurt each other with the things we want to say We could have been so good together We could have lived this dance forever But now who's gonna dance with me? Please stay And I'm never gonna dance again Guilty feet have got no rhythm Though it's easy to pretend I know you're not a fool I should've known better than to cheat a friend And waste the chance that I'd been given So I'm never gonna dance again The way I danced with you Now that you're gone Now that you're gone Now that you're gone Was what I did so wrong, so wrong That you had to leave me alone?

Well i'm a bit too young to have been rocking on the dance floor in the Studio 54 Days....but I can say that this song was a HUGE part of my childhood growing up in NYC in Brooklyn and Queens!!! . I miss the block parties in my building and events in the city. Still got the memories from my terrace overlooking the city lights though. What a great time to have experienced in the 70's
