Saying "I'm sorry" or "I apologize" conveys incompetence. There are many methods to apologize without using those aforementioned words. They leave a negative connotation. Instead focus more on the solution and the overall positive aspect. As Director of Customer Experience our CSAT rating is 98.7% on average. Good luck.

Very good points for the good CX service. Sometimes CX just don't want to understand or listen sorry or apologies. They just want what they have ordered or do not want to listen. Can you explain what can we do in that situation please. It will be reall helpful for everyone.
