This recipe is spot on. Keep in mind the temperature. That's the key. And not cooking too many at a time
@Yummeth22 күн бұрын
I'm glad you found the recipe helpful! Temperature really makes all the difference, and cooking in smaller batches ensures everything cooks evenly.

FRY THE SAUSAGE ON LOW HEAT FOR 20 MINUTES?!!! Twenty minutes. As in, Chinese sausage on heat for 20 effing minutes. Really. Did you EVER bother to actually time it? Because if you did, you'd find that you cooked it for only a minute or two. EDIT: Besides, who the hell takes more than 20 minutes to cook fried rice in total, much less just a single component of it?

Hello from Indonesia! If you want to make it more spicy, you can add what we Indonesians call cabai rawit merah (it's small red chilis). I think it's called bird's eye chili in English, but I could be wrong. The big red chili is not spicy enough for average Indonesians, so sometimes we add cabai rawit merah.
@Yummeth3 ай бұрын
Thanks for the sharing! Definitely look for cabai rawit merah next time to turn up the heat!
