Love the way jacques looked at the camera when cooking the b?acon product and julia didnt cook enough garlic so he took more garlic and looked at camera and tilted his head at us and the camera 😅😅those 2 funny Then at the end she said his line happy cooking he told her you took my line so he said bon appetite 😂😂😂❤❤❤

Came upon this when we started watching some free channels on my LG TV. My dad stopped and said “oh my God I haven’t seen this guy since I was a kid”. We watched one episode and I was hooked! The whole set up of his kitchen is very 90s and nostalgic for me.

Can the sweet milk pie be made in advance and frozen? I really want to switch to a more Mediterranean diet this year for my health. Despite my Italian name, I live in Scotland where the food is generally stodgy and not the healthiest. I'd like breakfast dishes I can make in advance to take to work. Brilliant series by the way. Very enjoyable and educational.

Help me understand the importance of color in Chinese food? Often you add stuff simply for color and not for flavor. If that is the goal why not just use food coloring? I try to keep my food to the most basic level and let the flavors lead….I assume color is very important in Chinese cuisine? Yet you admittedly don’t always follow the norm and add ingredients not normally used in a dish. Thoughts?
