Will you include the new modalities that have entered 21st century medicine with the advent of AI, like AI generated SOAP notes and write-ups using the new Resident oriented (and aggressively advertised) AI medical services?

Hi, I had a twin molar pregnancy. 1 healthy baby and 1 complete mole. Unfortunately my son was stillborn at 23 weeks and I had many complications from the molar pregnancy. The pregnancy felt very difficult early on and also led to Hyperthyroidism, preeclampsia and I had to do chemotherapy as I developed nodules in my lungs from this. Even though the nodules were only in one site because of the amount of them I was borderline as 1 more point would of made me high risk so my doctor opted for cycles of Act- D. We saw consistent drops in my hcg until it went to normal. My last chemo was this May and I'm now being monitored with monthly bloodwork. I'm wondering what my chances statistically are in future of similar complications or recurrent molar pregnancies? This was my first pregnancy and I was not on either age extreme as I had been pregnant while I was 28 almost 29. Very loaded comment I know, and maybe too big of a question but you seem to know a lot about this topic and although our team of doctors were amazing they had told us from the off that they had no prior experience with this and seemed to (at least in part) be learning alongside us. I struggle to find much information on molar pregnancies, gtd, or twin molar pregnancies so I am always glad to find new resources and studies. Also happy to continue this conversation on a different platform or email? Thanks for such an informative video.

Good discussion! But some of the things you verbalized weren't clear. I think better diagrams should have been used as well. Overall, I understood the most important parts of this discussion. Thank you!

Greetings, thank you for filling in the gaps for me. I truly appreciate your time, expertise and patience. At 23yrs old I was diagnosed with trophoblastic tumor in 1993. This was a rare diagnosis according to the doctors. They told me my only option was to have a hysterectomy as they knew very little about it 😭. Allowing them to convince me of this is one of the worst mistakes of my life.

The DSM-V needs to be revised. Your point about cultural differences is true but it is not the only factor that needs to be considered. Electronic Harassment (i.e. Voice to Skull synthetic telepathy, Havana Syndrome, Microwave auditory effect, etc.) is a very real phenomenon that's been around for decades. It's used in the military, government, and criminals use it to covertly stalk their victims. The fact is there is no tangible evidence or criteria for a diagnosis of schizophrenia. Etiology based on environmental conditions needs more attention and more importantly justice needs to be served for victims that fall prey to such diabolical psychopathy.

"normal" people are schizophrenic. psychotic and delusional. truly thought disordered. theres no way a real medical disorder could be culturally dependent. theres no way a real medical disorder would be limited by human conceptions like "positive" and "negative" symptoms. that idea is the definition of delusional. psychiatry is just another tool of oppression society uses to control outgroups / outmembers. normal people are so psychotic that they consider truth statements an indicator of "mental illness". believe it or not, some people do have people out to get them. true schizophrenics with persecutory delusions are groups such as police. why do religions get a pass? talking to people that dont exist gets a pass in conveniently socially acceptable contexts? why isnt drapetomania considered a real mental illness these days? mental illnesses go out of style i guess? humans are ridiculous
