To me, this song stands out from the other because the chant of the chorus, everyone singing that part makes it more powerfull and impactfull. And i like the fact is singed by every member of the band 💯

The way I took the "back to sticks, back to stones, cause the words broke our bones" was a play on the saying kids would say to a bully "sticks and stones may break my bones but words will never hurt me" and people get hurt by words seemingly a lot now, so I took it as him talking about that. Though it definitely could be both, I like the way you took it!

I think the most chanty song as you were saying that they have released previously is infected but not quite to this extent. It seems like the standout part of this song is the callbacks to other things, “something wicked”, “sticks and stones”, and “we don’t need your education”.

If you're interested in what you saw in the video, don't watch any animated adaptation. I was for a long time a fan of the animated version till I started reading the manga, BOY is it vastly different, so much was lost in the animated version. But the Movie is really pretty. A tragic and amazing story. This song is about Berserk, and basically tells a very VERY summarized story of the 2 main characters, Griffith (white haired character that looks very feminine ) and Guts (Dude with the sword taller than he is) [MAJOR WARNING] It's EXTREMELY graphic and touches on subjects of rape (unfortunately children are not safe from this in the story but it's not just for shock value I promise), torture, PTSD, political warfare, and many other stressful topics and scenarios. It's a very tough read and definitely tugs on your heartstrings

Respect for realizing at the end that they had a reason for the song/video. Berserk is incredibly brutal and convoluted if you aren’t familiar with the story but it’s nice to see people recognize they may have been wrong initially. No one is perfect so again, mad respect for the final take and good take my dude
