I had the same thought. When the price is too good to be true....Something is going on for sure. Even the Cortina games constructions are having trouble with the mafia. I love Italy but this mafia problem set them back 100 years.

I anticipated a more thorough tour. Even rooms that are in need of restoration should be shown in order to appreciate the potential of this property.

unassuming building with very grand interiors and secluded - yummy, but not impressed with the fence running behind the row of cypresses. If that is a property boundary then I’d pass on this one. If I fork out in excess of €3.5m I expect expanses in all directions, not being hemmed in by a boundary so close to the structure. All the land behind the cypresses and up to the road should be part of the estate.
