unassuming building with very grand interiors and secluded - yummy, but not impressed with the fence running behind the row of cypresses. If that is a property boundary then I’d pass on this one. If I fork out in excess of €3.5m I expect expanses in all directions, not being hemmed in by a boundary so close to the structure. All the land behind the cypresses and up to the road should be part of the estate.
