Hi my situation is i have son born outside the U.S and i am U.S citizen before my son born, i applied crba for my son in the U.S embassy located in manila philippines and i appeal to his interview but they denied our application because they said the U.S citizen parent must lived in U.S atleast 5yrs, in my case i born in U.S but grew up in philippines. My wife and are currently stuck with her evaluation of her credits with CGFN they are asking for a lot documentation which has been sent I don’t know what else to do so you have to apply for a license before getting a nursing job? Hi madam, I filled ds 260 form. Surname. FNU Given Name. Manpreet Singh I filled this on ds 260 but on my Indian passport does not have Surname like this... Surname................................. Given Name. Manpreet Singh So did i made mistake to fill that way or if it's mistake my interview coming 8th of October.
