Can a U.S. citizen residing in state of ohio. file Form I-129F for their fiancée, who is currently 17 years old and resides in Nepal . She will turn 18 by the time of the visa interview, but she will still be 17 at the time the petition is filed? Are there any potential issues with filing while she is 17, and does her turning 18 by the visa interview satisfy USCIS’s requirements for the K-1 visa process?

Did you already meet in person? She needs to be at least 18 when the petition is filed.

@ yes I’ve met her in person, she’s just wont be 18 by the time i file the petition would that be okey?
