They make dancing on roller skates literally a simple roll in the park!!! Classic and timeless elegance from the two. Fred Astaire is just so stylish as a performer. She is beautiful and talented. What a pair!

From the time they started dancing at 3 min. 14 sec. there was only one cut. Two and a half minutes dancing on roller-skates and it was wholly adorable.

I love Fred Astair so much. The dancing, the singing, the acting… everything about him was so fun. He even makes a style of jazz I don’t love so much seem greater with the dancing

Sad sidenote: the first of their movies not to turn a profit. Even sadder note: it was around this time that Fred Astaire made it on the list of performers who were considered "Box Office Poison". Marlene Dietrich and Joan Crawford also ended up on that list.
