We were blessed to have her step up and take over as was intended. This whole anti women thing, for one, is anti Bible. Ben Witherington III believes there was a woman apostle. Now I like Bens teaching but as with Pastor Melissa, when I hear something I’m not sure of, I want to see what others say. I know He had female disciples because Mary sat at the Masters’ feet and discipled. Thanks for posting

THE TRUTH WILL NOT BE SILENCED - vimeo.com/329714287 In a public statement recorded on video of Dr. Gene Scott, Doc makes a definitive statement that taking his teachings (videos, audio, etc.) off the Internet is not a crime unless you are selling his material. Melissa Scott, her employees and supporters, have tried repeatedly to censor and suppress the video of Doc making his statement. They have tried repeatedly to keep the truth from your eyes. They are not going to do so. They are not going to win. They are not going to control what you hear and see. What do they fear? It is obvious that they fear the truth and what the truth will do to them and their false and malicious claims. Here is a transcription of Dr. Gene Scott's exact words, word for word, taken from the video in question. I remember watching Gene Scott. I was shocked when I saw a man of God up there smoking a cigar and preaching. But it interested me so I continued to watch. One day I decided to call their hotline because they were asking for money and I had a question to ask regarding the Bible. I remember when I called the person who answered the phone literally got mad at me because I didn't call to make a pledge of money I called to ask a question about the Bible. I actually got chewed out by the person on the phone and when I hung up I felt will here's a wolf in sheep's clothing. He may have been a good preacher at one time but oh what the love of money will do.

In all fairness…keep in mind….he didn’t have commercials…he had pledge breaks. His being on tv depended on your money without using advertising. Aggressive perhaps but I’m pretty sure it was stressful trying to keep a show on the air solely depended on its followers. He gave away free literature as well….that cost money. I never donated but was still able to get the free books and or literature he offered. He was genuine and brutally honest. That can come off as harsh to those looking for a Joel Osteen type.

Used to watch him in college, when we got home from the bar, after night court reruns were over. We would call the number, pledge a million dollars, laugh our ass off and hang up. One of my buddies called, and when asked what he wanted to pledge, he stood up, put his hand on his heart and recited the pledge of allegiance. Good times…

Such a great man. A true rugged individualist who had got his Ph.D. at Stanford where my parents went, Dr. Gene was a force of nature. I used to watch him on where I grew up on the San Francisco UFH channel. My first travel down to LA doing my film stuff... the first place I had to find was Faith Center. Very cool to see the Faith Center spraying fountain Dr. Gene had talked about building years earlier. After moving to Glendale I was intrigued to find the old studio where Dr. Gene would hold his nightly sermons. Turns out it was next to Marios. Dear Pastor Melissa Scott, I plead with you to make all Dr. Gene's footage available on the internet. Perhaps there is a way to get folks to pay for it. As a long time supporter and viewer, I know there was a little store on Glendale next to Faith Center that sold his VHS. You have the most amazing library in need of digitizang and then selling.

In 1969, I had a death experience and was told to return to my body, in the summer of 1969. When I returned, my body was still sitting on the couch, where I left it and I was sucked back into it through the top of its head, like a vacuum, as it sat on the couch and I was coming in through the roof of the apartment. I thought, of the incident, very matter-of-factly ; without any religious connection. There were invisible beings who I noticed following me everywhere I went, and even to work. I, not associating them with any religious meaning, never asked them who, or what they were, but only referred to them as teachers, though they liked helping people, who were sick, depressed, abused and desperate and sick, by fixing them miraculously. I was a witness to their good deeds and some times, I was allowed to help. After about two weeks of watching and talking to them, the one who was the leader informed me that they wouldn't be with me constantly, any more. I was enraged and, for some reason I don't understand, I asked him if he wasn't going to tell me to be good and not be bad, like the preachers did. He replied, "If that's what you're concerned with, it's not nice to throw paper on the ground, but there's something I want you to understand and it's what faith is. When you awake, in the morning, and put your legs over the side, of the bed, to get up, and you put your feet on the floor and stand, expecting it to hold your weight, that's faith and everyone has it." I never related that event to a living soul and in February of 1985, I was in my new office looking at my new television and as I turned the channels, I stopped at a preacher, sitting on a high-backed leather chair, wearing a cowboy hat and smoking a cigar. He made a couple religious comments, at first, and then he said, "There's something I want you to understand and it's what faith is. When you awake, in the morning, and put your legs over the side, of the bed, to get up, and you put your feet on the floor and stand, expecting it to hold your weight, that's faith and everyone has it." I KNEW there was only one source of those words and that this preacher was connected to that teacher I had talked to in 1969. In shock, I felt my knees weaken and I fell, to the floor, with tears running down my face. I pointed to Dr. Scott's face and said, "I will worship your God forever and I'll talk to him every day! instantly had the urge to know the real name of God. I knew a Jewish store owner and drove to his place. I jumped out of my van and when I got to Howe (Harold) Bloom, I feverishly asked him what the real name of God, was. Surprised with my sudden passion and earnest approach, he answered that he was not allowed to say the real names, because they were too sacred, and therefore Jews must only use the terms, Lord and God. Scott taught me scripture that supported me and cleared much of the Christian confusion I had learned, but he was extremely skeptical of anything supernatural, or spiritual and he would openly mock much of such information. He was the only real pastor I ever knew and I regret that I lost him so soon. There is no real pastor left in the Protestant religion, since Dr. Scott. Even his wife sold her soul, but she was never gifted anyway, so the irrelevant has replaced the anointed. The Freemasonic satanists, Jesuits, new world order and pedophilic Pope have taken control of Protestantism. In 1988, out of frustration, I summoned my teachers and, to my surprise they appeared! I said, "Who ARE you guys?" and one replied, "Messengers." I replied, "Oh, you mean angels!" and he angrily responded, "Don't ever call me that again." so I asked, "Why?" and he said, "Angel sounds holy and only the FATHER is holy." Then, I replied, "What's your name?" and he said, "That's not your business!" so I asked, "What do you do to occupy your time?" He said, "Our joy, delight, passion and fulfillment is to receive a directive, from the Father, so we'll have his assignment! We wait, like race horses in the starting gate, chomping at the bit, in anticipation of a commission." Oh, none of the messengers have wings and no one, in heaven, has only two. Cherubim have six and Seraphim have eight. Demons and their father, can have two. All the sacred names, we've been taught, are those of demons and Holy Ghost is defined as the specter of a corpse and is also a blasphemy. I was shown the Hebrew name of Massiah, eight months ago and it's Ammi Shua Ha Mashioch, or I Am's Salvation The Anointed, in English. Justification/salvation is performed by the pursuit of him and our focus on him. The latter he calls repentance, when we do, and he chooses to forget our past, so we can start over with a new slate. Peter's focus, while walking on the sea, is the example. He said, "Remove your rear-view mirrors." so I began to ignore my past errors.

@AdMark Boorrrriiinnngg. Another Ad Mark cut and paste infoturd from the church of tightwads for Jesus. I asked you a simple question and you cannot answer. I must conclude you give nothing to nobody. Where is your Church? Are you a Pastor or is your calling to be Gods bean counter, making sure God does not receive too much $$$ having given his Son who gave his life. I want to see you explain that to God at your White Throne hearing. Proverbs 22:16 is the Old Testament. You are incorrectly applying that to New Testament Christians. You are so wrong in so many ways. Please explain Galatians 6:6. Who is giving or sharing what with whom? Galatians 6:6, NIV: "Nevertheless, the one who receives instruction in the word should share all good things with their instructor." Galatians 6:6, ESV: "Let the one who is taught the word share all good things with the one who teaches." Galatians 6:6, KJV: "Let him that is taught in the word communicate unto him that teacheth in all good things." Galatians 6:6, NASB: "The one who is taught the word is to share all good things with the one who teaches him." Galatians 6:6, NLT: "Those who are taught the word of God should provide for their teachers, sharing all good things with them." Galatians 6:6, CSB: "Let the one who is taught the word share all his good things with the teacher." Galatians 6:6, New Living Translation “Those who are taught the word of God should help their teachers by paying them.” I'm sure you have some followers, all who seek justification for not giving to God. So Again Ad Mark I ask to whom and how much is to be paid? BTW Why do you hide behind a fake name?

*>>> Why the Book of Malachi Cannot be Used to Instruct Christians to Tithe. ..* There are two types of scriptures in God's Word; scriptures written directly to Christians and scriptures written indirectly to Christians. The difference is that scriptures written indirectly to Christians are not commandments or promises directed by God to the Christian. When God commanded Noah to build an Ark He was not talking directly to Christians, no Christian is instructed by God in His word to build an Ark. We can learn biblical basic principles such as obedience to God from the record of Noah and the flood, but we have no direct instructions from God to build an Ark. On the other hand, as an example, Christians are instructed by God to "Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth." - 2 Timothy 2:15. That verse, being part of the New Testament, is written directly to Christians, and is a direct commandment to us, not a suggestion. Also, it tells us that we need to learn how to "rightly divide the word of God." Divide what? For one thing; divide between what was written directly to us and what was written indirectly to us. Knowing the difference between scriptures written directly and indirectly to Christians is very important. Tithers and tithing teachers often use the Old Testament book of Malachi in an attempt to teach or justify "Christian tithing" sadly ignoring all of the obvious clues in Malachi that makes it clear that Malachi was not addressing or instructing New Testament Christians to tithe. The book of Malachi is in no manner instructing Christians, or for that matter, anyone but the Nation of Israel, to tithe. >> Using Malachi's words in his book, here is why attempting to use the book of Malachi to coerce Christians into tithing is taking scripture written indirectly to Christians and use them as scripture written directly to Christians; that is to say take them out of proper context... > 1. Malachi states that he is directly addressing the Nation of Israel (direct descendants of Abraham & Sarah, and Israel & Rachel, Leah) not New Testament Christians - Malachi 1:1. > 2. Malachi states that he is directly addressing the Priests of Arron, not New Testament Christians - Malachi 1:6, Malachi 2:1. > 3. Malachi (along with Nehemiah) commands that a portion of the tithes (a "tithe of the tithe" that was taken, or what amounted to one percent of the total that was tithed on) are to be conveyed to the Temple Storehouses; no New Testament church or ministry is a Temple Storehouse - Malachi 3:10 (cross ref. Nehemiah 10:37-38). > 4. No Christian is instructed to bring a "tithe of the tithe" into any Storehouse - Nehemiah 10:37-38 (cross ref. II Corinthians 9:7). > 5. Malachi states that he who disobeys the commandments of God's Word regarding tithing under the Law of Moses are subject to curses. No New Testament Christian is cursed by God - Malachi 2:2-4 (cross ref. Galatians 3:13). > 6. Malachi states that to whom he is writing are people who are under and subject to the Law of Moses; Christians are not under the Law of Moses and not subject to it - Malachi 4:4 (cross ref. Galatians 2:16, Galatians 2:21, Galatians 3:10, Romans 7:1-6, Ephesians 2:15, Acts 15:10, Romans 6:14, Acts 15:24). > 7. Repeatedly, over and over again, Malachi addresses or references places and individuals such as Jacob (Malachi 1:2), Priest (Malachi 2:7), Levi (Malachi 2:8), Judah (Malachi 2:11), Israel (Malachi 2:16), Jerusalem (Malachi 3:4), Moses (Malachi 4:4), Gentiles (Malachi 1:11), etc., but NEVER a direct mention of any future New Testament Church that is instructed to tithe. > 8. No verse of scripture in the New Testament references the Book of Malachi as a reason or instructions to tithe for New Testament Christians - Acts 15:24. >>> Conclusion... The context of the Book of Malachi addresses the Israelites failing to bring their tithes into the Temple Storehouse - Malachi 3:8 (cross ref. Nehemiah 10:37-38), not the New testament church or Christians. In response to Israeli's disobedience, God had judged them cursing their harvest. God instructed them to bring the tithe of grain sacrifices (Leviticus 6:14-23) and to see that He would bless them with an abundance of future crops. The “storehouse,” mentioned in verse 10, is a place to store grain in the Temple (and **Levitical cities), it is NOT a reference to any New Testament church or other ministry. Nowhere in the Old or New Testament does God describe a church or other ministry as "the Storehouse" to be tithed to. Malachi instructs the Nation of Israel to tithe, but he does not command that Christians are to give tithes to churches. Malachi was written more than 400 years before the start of the first church in Jerusalem. Applying it's command of temple tithing to the local church removes Malachi's instructions completely out of their original context and proper use. Christians are to be free will givers, never tithers; there is no such thing as God commanded "New Testament Tithing." - II Corinthians 9:7 **The Levitical cities were 48 cities in ancient Israel set aside for the tribe of Levi, who were not allocated their own territorial land when the Israelites entered the Promised Land. There is no New Testament equivalent.

*>>> Definition of a Tither... * 1. A person deceived into believing that they must surrender 10% of any money they receive to a church, minister or ministry. 2. A person who has been convinced by false teachers that either they must tithe based on false teachings concerning Jacob, Abraham, Malachi, The Gospel of Matthew, the Book of Hebrews, or the latest popular unbiblical fads of "grace tithing," "love tithing," "New Testament tithing,"etc., or be cursed. 3. A person no better off, and actually worse off, than any other Christian. 4. A person believing the traditions of men rather than the Word of God. 5. A person being robbed by wolves in sheep's clothing. 6. A person who is often broke and still waiting for their "financial breakthrough." 7. A person who is cursed because they are doing something under the Mosaic Covenant, AKA; The Law, The Law of Moses, or The Torah, but failing to perfectly follow all of The Law... "For whoever keeps the whole law and yet stumbles in one point, he has become guilty of all." - James 2:10-13 "For as many as are of the works of the law are under the curse: for it is written, Cursed is every one that continueth not in all things which are written in the book of the law to do them." - Galatians 3:10 8. A person who does not understand, or is not aware of these scriptures... >> "Forasmuch as we have heard, that certain which went out from us have troubled you with words, subverting your souls, saying, Ye must be circumcised, and keep the law: to whom we gave NO such commandment:" - Act 15:24 >> "For there is verily a disannulling of the commandment [the Law] going before for the weakness and unprofitableness thereof." - Hebrews 7:18 >> "Every man according as he purposeth in his heart, so let him give; NOT grudgingly, or of necessity: for God loveth a cheerful giver." - II Corinthians 9:7 >> “For there are many unruly, vain talkers and deceivers, specially they of the circumcision [of the law]: whose mouths must be stopped, who subvert whole houses, teaching things which they ought not, for filthy lucere's sake” - Titus 1:10-11 >> "But there were false prophets also among the people, even as there shall be false teachers among you, who privily shall bring in damnable heresies, even denying the Lord that bought them, and bring upon themselves swift destruction. And many shall follow their pernicious ways; by reason of whom the way of truth shall be evil spoken of. And through covetousness (LUST AFTER MONEY AND MATERIAL THINGS) shall they with feigned words (WORDS OF DECEPTION) make merchandise of you (A SOURCE OF MONEY) : whose judgment (THEIR EVIL EXPOSED AND JUDGED BY GOD) now of a long time lingereth not (WILL BE RIGHT ON TIME), and their damnation (BEING SENT TO HELL) slumbereth not." - 2 Peter 2:1-3 9. A person not rightly dividing the Word of God. 10. A person making liars and con artists rich. 11. A person who might be too lazy to study the Word of God for themselves as these people did... "These were more noble than those in Thessalonica, in that they received the word with all readiness of mind, and searched the scriptures daily, whether those things were so." - Acts 17:11 12. A person who is ignorant of these facts... No Apostle ever instructed tithing, asked for a tithe, rebuked any person or church for not tithing, or received a tithe. Not one of them. The early church (i.e. Book of Acts) NEVER tithed. We have NO record of them doing so. 13. Or these facts... If tithing was required and taught in the New Testament for Christians, it would have to be clearly detailed and outlined in the terms and conditions of the New Testament like all promises and commands of the New Testament are. Tithing instructions would be clearly included in the New Testament. No such terms, conditions or details are outlined anywhere in the New Testament. Tithing was never, is not now, and will never be part of the New Testament. 14. A person unaware that ALL tithes were restricted by God to be fruits, vegetables and clean animals from the Promise Land grown or raised by farmers and ranchers; how many Christians do you know who are farmers and ranchers living on the Promise Land? The tithe is tied to the land Israel received under the Old Testament. The tithes did not come from of any other land except the Promise Land. 15. And finally; a person who CANNOT answer this simple request... Please show me in God's Word where a Christian is commanded, instructed, asked or advised to tithe. Chapter and verse, please. >>> IN SHORT; a VICTIM of the lies of liars. The bottom line is this; under the New Testament we are to be free will givers giving from what God has freely given us, and as GOD directs us to give... "Give, and it shall be given unto you; good measure, pressed down, and shaken together, and running over, shall men give into your bosom. For with the same measure that ye mete withal it shall be measured to you again." - Luke 6:38 DON'T BE A VICTIM

Okay, Ad Mark, here’s a hypothetical: say you received $1,000. How much would YOU give? One dollar? Ten dollars? A hundred dollars? The whole thousand dollars? It’s hypothetical, so you can still give in secret. But what amount? Would you give NOTHING because you couldn’t find a “Levite”? Paul said in 1 Corinthians 16:2, “Upon the first day of the week let every one of you (no exceptions) lay by him in store, as God hath prospered him.” Paul also said twice, “Don’t muzzle the ox while it is treading out the grain.” And he called what the Philippians gave (to a preacher) the equivalent of a burnt offering. (Sorry, Paul, I can’t give you anything because you’re not a Levite, you’re a Benjamite!) In 1 Corinthians 9:13-14, Paul clearly said, “Don’t you know that those who serve in the temple get their food from the temple, and that those who serve at the altar share in what is offered on the altar? In the same way, the Lord has commanded that those who preach the gospel should receive their living from the gospel.” IN THE SAME WAY as what? Oh, sorry, I forgot: according to your interpretation, there is no Scripture that transfers the Levitical role of receiving tithes and offerings to the New Testament pastor and teacher. While you “demand” chapter and verse, when chapter and verse is quoted, you do not believe it: like the heretic Marcion, you are tone deaf to the principles of the Old Testament, and so you distort the New. By your logic, there is no Trinity, because you cannot find the precise word “Trinity” in the Bible. Show me chapter and verse. If God spoke, it would not satisfy you. You hunt and peck the Old Testament and think you understand the Law. As Dr. Gene Scott said, “The problem with the Law is that God knows it, and you don't." The word "tithes" is just King James English for "tenths." So, again, what formula would YOU use to obey God's teaching on giving consistently and proportionally, as God has prospered you? The reason the Epistles do not specifically mention "tenths" is because they gave it all. And if you follow Paul’s formula, you would take care of your own needs and give what was left over, which would still be much more than a tenth or tenths. Since you are supposed to be laying up treasures in heaven, why would you look for an excuse to give LESS to God? The New Testament formula is 100%: "And that he died for all, that they which live should not henceforth live unto themselves, but unto him which died for them and rose again.” So, answer the question: how much would YOU give, and to whom? I do not believe you are capable of answering that question. Epaphroditus

*>>> An inconvenient question; one that tithing teachers and tithers avoid and prefer not to discuss or answer... * If we are supposed to be tithing money, or at all for that matter, as tithing teachers claim; why are we not supposed to be doing what God says with the tithe money? Like this... 1. Do not pay the tithe in the form of money. Keep the money in your hand (bind it to your hand) until you... 2. Buy wine with it. 3. Buy strong drink (harder liqueur) with it. 4. Buy livestock and other food. 5. Buy whatever you desire, whatever you lust after. 6. Share what you buy with a Levite and family. 7. Only convert your tithe money back to fruits, vegetables and clean live stock, etc., at the location you will share it with a Levite if it is too far to transport it in the form God says it is to paid in. 8. Eat your tithe with the Levite. 9. Learn to fear and respect the Lord by doing one through eight above. >> Why don't tithing teachers tell their faithful tithers this?... > Deuteronomy 14; 22 Thou shalt truly tithe all the increase of thy seed, that the field bringeth forth year by year. 23 And thou shalt eat before the Lord thy God, in the place which he shall choose to place his name there, the tithe of thy corn, of thy wine, and of thine oil, and the firstlings of thy herds and of thy flocks; that thou mayest learn to fear the Lord thy God always. 24 And if the way be too long for thee, so that thou art not able to carry it; or if the place be too far from thee, which the Lord thy God shall choose to set his name there, when the Lord thy God hath blessed thee: 25 Then shalt thou turn it into money, and bind up the money in thine hand, and shalt go unto the place which the Lord thy God shall choose: 26 And thou shalt bestow that money for whatsoever thy soul lusteth after, for oxen, or for sheep, or for wine, or for strong drink, or for whatsoever thy soul desireth: and thou shalt eat there before the Lord thy God, and thou shalt rejoice, thou, and thine household, 27 And the Levite that is within thy gates; thou shalt not forsake him; for he hath no part nor inheritance with thee.

Tithing was instituted before the law of Moses. So your whole diatribe is moot.

SHOULD I TITHE? ISN’T THAT, “THE LAW”? First of all, there were all kinds of giving in the New Testament: worshipful giving to a teacher in response to the teaching of God’s word (Gal 6:6, Phil 4:18), providing for ministers and sending them on their way to teach (Rom 15:24, 3 John 8), meeting the needs of God’s people, etc., etc. It’s almost as if God put us on earth to teach us to give - how about that? So it is no coincidence that giving (worshipfully, consistently and in proportion to one’s income) is something the self-preserving natural man cannot maintain, which is why Paul had to teach so much about it. And it comes as no surprise that all of these armchair internet theologians go through so many contortions to come up with excuses to give LESS to God! It is amazing the way people love to focus on a grain of sand (a few specific verses out of context) and willfully ignore an ocean of truth (the entire body of the Scriptures.) Jesus commended the poor widow who gave ALL SHE HAD TO LIVE ON to the temple treasury. Was it a “tithe”? Was it an “offering? She just loved God. That was true “hilarious giving”! And Paul told Timothy to command those who were RICH to be generous. Looks like there were both rich and poor in that day, and all were commended (or commanded) regarding giving IN PROPORTION to what they had. One might even call that a PRINCIPLE. Paul said to Give “as God has prospered you.” Now in theory, after you’ve paid for your necessities, you should have something left over to bless God with. How much of THAT should you give? And in spoiled America (Corinth), with everybody tugging at your supply, the devil will see to it (and help you convince yourself) that it is not the right time to give. So pseudo-Christians will put off, split hairs, round-down and then go out and buy some concert tickets instead. SHOULD I TITHE? ISN’T THAT, “THE LAW”? Well, actually the tithe was before the law (Gen 14:20.) But if you don’t use the Old Testament tithes as a guideline (and there were THREE tithes by the way), what “percentage” should you give? Why not go full on “New Testament” and GIVE IT ALL (Acts 4:32). Just lay it all at the Apostles feet, and they will decide how to distribute it. Jesus said concerning the tithe, “this you ought to have done” (Matt 23:23) But you neglected WEIGHTIER matters: in other words, giving to God ought to be the “no brainer” part, the EASIEST part of your relationship with God. OH but that was the LAW! Well, so was “Thou shalt not kill” So I guess we had better not practice that command, because it was part of the LAW. No, dufus, Jesus taught that we all kill in our minds, and it still offends God, which is why we need a saviour. Duh!!! So why else would Paul commend the Macedonians who sacrificially gave BEYOND their ability? (1 Cor 8). Paul told those cheapskate Corinthians that the Macedonians’ giving was an example of the grace of God, the proof of God’s Spirit in them. So, go ahead, you modern-day Corinthians, and criticize the few Pastors who teach tithing as a principle. You can twist and turn and argue and debate. You are just demonstrating your lack of the Spirit of God. You are none of His. Epaphroditus

For the scribes who would copy and paste their doctrine of legalism here and about the internet, take heed: Matthew 23:23-25 King James Version (KJV) 23 Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye pay tithe of mint and anise and cummin, and have omitted the weightier matters of the law, judgment, mercy, and faith: these ought ye to have done, and not to leave the other undone. 24 Ye blind guides, which strain at a gnat, and swallow a camel. 25 Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye make clean the outside of the cup and of the platter, but within they are full of extortion and excess.

*My credentials are SCRIPTURE; what are your credentials, where is your SCRIPTURE proving me wrong? Here are more of my credentials...* *>> The Facts; Clear and Concise on tithing...* > 1. Jesus stated that tithing that God had commanded was a matter of the Law of Moses, The Torah - Matthew 23:23, Luke 11:42:49. > 2. Jesus did not state that tithing was a matter of Adam, Cain, Abel, Abraham or Jacob; NONE of them are ever cited in God's Word as examples of tithing to be followed. > 3.The Law of Moses, The Torah, is described by the writer of The Book of Hebrews in Hebrews 7:18 clearly as... - Weak, - Unprofitable, - Annulled. > 4. Malachi 3:6-10 was written pursuant to the Law of Moses, The Torah, of which the Children of Israel were under and subject to at the time of it's writing - Malachi 4:4, and Malachi was addressing the corrupt Priests of the day, Malachi 2:1 > 5. The Law of Moses, the Torah, where God instructed tithing originates from, has been annulled, and even as much of the moral principles of the Law are now part of the New Testament, nowhere in the New Testament did God transfer any instructions to tithe to anyone, to neither Jew or Gentile. > 6. Tithing is not advised, suggested or commanded for any Christian living under the New Testament. God instructed tithing has nothing to do with New Testament Christianity. > 7. If you have been told that you, as a Christian, must or should be tithing, YOU HAVE BEEN LIED TO. Don't believe the lie... 2 Timothy 4:3 - "For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they draw to themselves teachers, having itching ears; And they shall turn away their ears from the truth, and shall be turned unto myths." Titus 1:10-11 - "For there are many unruly and vain talkers and deceivers, specially they of the circumcision: WHO's MOUTHS MUST BE STOPPED, who subvert whole houses, teaching things which they ought not, for FILTHY LUCRE'S SAKE." > 8. Christians are instructed to be free will cheerful givers as God leads, not tithers in any way shape or form. *>>> A Tither's Checklist...* Be sure to check the Tither's Checklist before paying your "tithe." Make sure it complies with The Law of Moses, the Word of God, where God established commanded tithing. 1. Comes from the Promise Land. Lev. 27:30, 32, Neh. 10:37. 2. Is fruits, vegetables and clean livestock. 2 Chron. 31:6, Neh. 10:37, 2 Chron. 31:5. 3. Is paid to a Levite. Numbers 18:21. 4. Is three tithes totaling about 23 1/3%. Tithe one; Leviticus 27:30-33, Tithe two; Deuteronomy 14:22-27, Tithe three; Deuteronomy 14:28-29. 5. You live on the Promise Land while you pay the tithe. Deuteronomy 12:10. 6. You are not a Gentile. Leviticus 27:30-34; Psalms 147:19-20. 7. You are a physical descendant of Abraham and Sarah, and of Issac, Jacob/Israel living under the law of Moses. Psalms 147:19-20. 8. If temporarily converted to money, is not paid in the form of money, and you buy what you want to buy with the money. Deuteronomy 14:22-27. 9. The money is converted to wine, strong drink, food, and what ever you desire to buy with the money that you share with a Levite and his family at the feast where God has placed His name on the Promise Land. Deuteronomy 14:22-27. 10. Your pastor can prove he is authorized to receive a tithe, and that he personally owns the tithe, and that it is his inheritance. Numbers 18:21. 11. You tithe because you are living under the Law of Moses, and not the New Testament. Numbers 18:21, Acts 15:24 12. Your pastor is claiming you must pay tithes because Abraham did, Jacob said he would, or your pastor said so, when God has NOT said so. Ezekiel 22:28, Lamentations 3:37. >>> Does this sound like the "tithe" your pastor is telling you that you must pay him every Sunday? NO? ...THEN DON'T PAY IT; you're being robbed by thieves who God has NOT given the right to take tithes from anyone.

Huh? None of this "sabbathing" and monetary tithing is Biblical. He just made that up.
