Maps are old. Can't find 2 of fhe addresses I tried. Worthless maps. Not sure if the official Garmin maps would be any better. They don't date their maps before you buy them. So current for them might be years old.
@TutorialGeniusКүн бұрын
Of course they are not old lol. Open maps are updated weekly, if not more frequently.

Upon "updating" my Launch 123E it caused the screen to freeze after appearing to start up normally. Now it is useless. There is no way to reboot it, like a pin hole that even cheap devices have. All I can advise is to avoid updating if you want to keep the basic functionality on this example of crappy design.

I'm going to buy an Innova scanner because they are based in California and have a real phone number.

Helpers are there to make sure the bead of the tire stay down near the center of the rim where the diameter is smaller., thus giving you slack to pry the bead over into the rim. Normally people use hands to push the bead down but for those low profile or runflat tires, these helpers REALLY HELP.

4 years and still helping, haha. Thanks for this, probably should be the first thing any video says when changing these kind of motors. I went from wiper trying to go under the hood, to them being upright when moved it by hand until I realized I need to run the motor first without linkage and then adjusting. Thanks again, subbed and saved some money for sure :)

Most cars in the uk automatically deadlock. So you can't open them from the inside once locked. The only way is to press the unlock button on the key remote. If you can't reach it or it's in the boot, you're not getting in to most cars without picking the lock

I don't have much experience but your videos were very easy to follow. I changed the passenger front one from your other video in about 40 minutes. This one has taken me 4 hours! I couldn't get the big grey electrical clip undone because of how it clips to the O2 harness bracket. Now I'm about an hour in trying to get the mounting plate back on top of the new front mount. It started to rain so I'll continue some more in a bit. Any tips? You make it look so simple 😊 Either way, super helpful videos.
@TutorialGenius20 күн бұрын
Thank you! Keep plugging away, you'll get it! 😊
@EliasValencia-qu3ck17 күн бұрын
Yes, after 3 more hours I finally did it. I removed the mount, assembled the plate to the mount and slid the combined pieces into place. I then had to learn how to lift the engine with the jack. I wasn't lifting it high enough. I learned this by sliding under the front and seeing the bolt holes line up as I pumped the jack handle. All in all, a full day's work for 2 mounts to be replaced. 10 years from now I hope to do this job in 3 hours tops based on the experience I gained. Thank you Sir!

I forget what it's called but I've used one of those metal tie rod in forks or whatever. I wasn't able to put it on a socket but I welded a handle to it, and just twisted it. I bougt this silly cube for 5.99 on ebay and hoping it helps compress my piston on my 2004 jetta. I absolutely hate doing rear brakes on that car. Every time you change the pad you might as well go ahead and change the back calipers too They fail that regularly.

Thank you for making this excellent video. I rented a vacuum pump and gauges from AutoZone, just to draw a vacuum and verify that my system has no leaks and can be refilled. But I thought that refilling it would require some additional components. After watching this video and realizing that I have everything I need to recharge the system (except for the R134A), I am going to recharge it myself and save over $200 that the shop will charge to do the work.
