야간에도 써클링어프로치하는거 처음 봤습니다. 보틍은 17~18시 정도까지 하다 바람방향이 바뀌어 그 이후로는 신어산쪽으로 이륙하던데. 낮에 촬영하신 써클링랜딩 영상에 이어 신기하고 좋은 영상 잘 봤습니다!

귀한 영상 감사합니다. YUMIN 에서 5마일전부터 210kts set하고 LIMSO가면서 flap 15set에 속도 맞춰서 가는지요? 그리고 파워 Idle set이면 그냥 스피드 set은 되어있고 스로플만 내리는건지요..?

737 FCTM Energy management part에 나온것 처럼 12nm with flap up speed에서 landing configuration 위한 기채취급시작하면 stabilization criteria 충족하는데 문제 없습니다(정풍일경우) 위영상은 traffic 간격조절및 속도많을때 ILS final overshooting되는걸 방지위해 limso전 속도 줄인영상입니다. ♡

The aiming point being displaced further down the runway leads to wasting valuable meters of the runway, especially in bad weather. That can nicely be observed in the first video. Most pilots seem to forget: The touchdown zone begins at the threshold!!

This is not general aviation. Commercial pilots will ALWAYS try to land at the 1,000 foot markers inorder for them to have some leeway if anything happens (i.e. an engine failure). Also there's a higher risk of landing short if you try to land at the very start of the runway, landing short is bad enough for small GA aircrafts now imagine a 73 or 74 landing short.

We don't aim for the threshold at the Majors, we aim for the 1,000' markers and brief where on the runway the last point of touchdown is, before we must go around. The video is correct you are wrong.
