That purple sticky rice is not an ube sticky rice. That is a sticky rice with mung beans. They put purple food color on it because the white with gray actual color of the thing is not very nice .

The Ube halaya i bought and put it on the freezer then i make it cut in to cubes and every time i want an ube shake i just got an ube cubes, ice, fresh milk and put all together in blender machine & thats it my fave ube shake 😁😁😁🫰

Hey James! All gear is included as well - very cost effective! If you're a regular diver, I might suggest bringing your own mask, but it isn't totally needed!
