This company is a scam I was eliminated my service the last month the take money this month. They no responde Buissness Better Bureau. They take me money of 2 crédit account use 1 car. They don't return money. I was cancelled both bank car. The person company eliminate my account but the system continued take me money.

That's a nice Bronco, but I have no idea why any car washes have those brushes spin that fast, it would clean just as well and not scratch or wack your car at lower speeds.

I went to the car wash and they scratched my car from the machine denied the damage. Beware of this car wash in Pasco. If you want your car, scratched with the paint work go there, but if you don’t want it damaged don’t go to this car wash. They do not honor any damage they do to the vehicle. My red Nissan Sentra ser was damaged.

Sure would be nice to get a call from the White Water Express corporate office. Too bad they really could care less about customer complaints. They could send me a response saying that they know that theirfacility damaged my car💩💩💩💩💩💩 but do not plan to look into it. Nothing like really caring about your customers. I DO NOT expect the Beechmont WhiteWater Car Wash facility to EVER contact me back (even though I have left endless voice mail messages) but anyway - that's what customer service is. I took my 2017 Honda Accord Touring Hybrid to get it washed since it was too hot on June 19th where the employee ground guiding me into the bay had my car too much on the left hand side where it shuddered in order to align with the tracks. I wanted to take a look at my car to see how well the cleaning was because I spent over $1,600 two years ago to have it clear coated and have mainly to hand wash the car to avoid any scrapes or swirling. Upon checking the car when I got home, there were pock marks in the alloy wheels from the pictures I had taken. Anyway - I should have read all of the reviews before coming to your facility which is indifferent to issues such as this. I also left a complaint on the main web site yesterday where NO ONE has contacted me back. And I don't expect anyone to really to. I have also called numerous times now to the Beechmont - Cincinnati OH location where Saturday, June 22nd, I called again and spoke to Chris at WhiteWater where according to Chris - "I do not see any phone logs of anyone calling the office from last week" - which is a lie. When I informed him I called at their number (513) 853-3791 - he replies back and asks if perhaps I had called another number. ? He then tells me that I may have mis dialed the phone number and it went to another phone number. Another lie. I have the call logs where he tells me that it is stated company policy that any damages have to be reported on site, because they cannot assume damages once the vehicle leaves. If that is the case, then how can I perform that when it is right on the main access road and my car would have been hit if I walked out? And how do I know what corporate policy is? They never show you that when you pay for the service. Anyway, Chris then interrupts me, cuts me off - won't let me finish my sentences. He wants to get off of the phone call and does not want to pursue this. I even called the West Chester location where they took my name down and said someone will get back with me. That was Saturday, June 22nd, 2024. Laura from your corporate office took down my information June 30th and said someone would call me back. No response. So far, I have left endless emails and just sent another to White Water along with a Google review and a Better Business complaint also and your facility will not contact me either.

DO NOT GET A MEMBERSHIP!!! There is a reason for the poor reviews. Not only are the car washes over-priced but the company practices theft. I told the attendant I would only use the membership for a couple of months. He said I could cancel anytime. I ended up needing to cancel even sooner than I thought and to complicate things someone had pulled my sticker off. I feel like it happened because they did not adequately attach the sticker. I went into the car wash and asked to cancel and they said without the sticker I could not cancel. They jacked the price up to 39.99 without my permission. I called, emailed all the way to corporate and they said essentially 'too bad." I got the membership the same day as my granddaughter was born because my daughter needed a van with the new baby. AFTER 10 MONTHS we were able to find a picture that showed the van windshield that we took the same day as I got the the membership . I was finally able to cancel. Their system would easily show I did not use their car wash. No services rendered. This is theft and they know. THEY WILL HAPPILY STEAL FROM YOU AND NOT ALLOW YOU TO CANCEL. I pleaded with them to do the right thing and they do not care. Tons of complaints on Reddit and other forums. Big Surprise!
