If you're a fan of American Werewolf in London, there's a small village in Brecon where they filmed the opening, the Slaughtered Lamb pub is just a house and it's next to the church. Just thought I'd mention in case :)

17 April 2024 when you went to Kosice, it's a shame that you didn't go to Bardejov and the famous Bardejovske Kupele spa. Its waters would have refreshed you from the hike (& it's also the first town in then Czechoslovakia to be designated a UNESCO world heritage site). Full disclosure, my 5th cousin is the town historian (how can you get a job like that?)
