I was diagnosed with tremor-dominant Parkinson's 4 years ago and had DBS surgery in the hope it would allow me to use my right (dominant) hand again - I got unlucky and it went wrong post-surgery. So far, no good, but I live in hope. I want to be able to draw and paint again, so am on the lookout for methods to help to train my left hand. My father, a very accomplished artist, used his left hand, but I didn't inherit that from him, unfortunately.

One of my most vivid memories of my mother, was when we were sitting at the kitchen table and I was painting with my water colours and she drank from the wrong glass... 😅

I really like these lessons, but hate the repetitive, distracting music you've added.

While these are good tips, I truly believe all watercolor is 'right' and there is never any 'wrong.' Watercolor can be realistic, abstract, or somewhere in between. When you paint with your soul there is no telling what will come of it. Whatever the end product, it is art and it is perfect!
