@@catherinekalma2497 I hope you enjoy your hobby! And yes, I can completely understand that it's hard to pick a good combination. I myself solve this by just taking one specific color combination with me (like a triad of colors) when going sketching out. In this way, I'm not overwhelmed by the choice. Best, Gasper

FINALLY! This is the 4th video I've watched now, trying to get help with the TETRAD combo!! You're the only one who mentioned both the RECTANGLE and the SQUARE! AND showed that you only turn the white "windows" and leave the colors as is. The other videos either ignored it completely, or mentioned the Square only (while demonstrating the RECTANGLE...) Sooo frustrating! So TY! TY! TY!!!💜🌈🎨🖍

Yyyeeeeah, I know exactly what I would use color wheel for - that is, if I had one, but I don't for the reasons coming any time now... - I'd play around with it, spin it, look at all the fancy colors I could use. And then forget it and lose it, again. I normally use Adobe Color, because it's just easier to find than a physical color wheel... I mean, you get the idea, right? But oh my damn, you guys/gals are just so adorable explaining stuff! I could watch your videos even if you were talking about pyramids or whatever. Keep on making cool material, and I'll let you know when I'm in the area to grab a beer.

Good question. We talk about applying these color combinations to your work in this video: kzbin.info/www/bejne/jJy0qKmjqt2XpsU The best thing to do is to predetermine your color combinations before you go out sketching. Like, for example, only taking colored pencils in a triad color combination with you. In that way, all of the sketches where you use those 3 colors will look good ;-)
