Haha. It’s definitely not easy. There’s no set “pocket”. You just have to break in the hinges and heel of the glove first just so you can close the glove.

Idk about metal, but if your gettin a wood axe bat that comes with a grip you might as well grab a lizard skin cause the axe bat grip feels great but it doesnt last long.. atleast the flared maple didnt

Interesting. All the wood bats that've gotten with axe handles didn't come with grip pre-installed. Pretty much every metal bat (axe handle or not) should have a factory grip applied.

So ive done a few lizard skin wraps and some how no matter what i do or who i watch i seem to end with wrinkles and bubbles... Any advice for that

Might have to pull the tape to be tighter. Otherwise it’s the angle at which you’re wrapping. Those definitely aren’t end all be all solutions. Just have to keep doing it/practicing to get it right for how you want it
