I love these actors so much! Years after the show, they still show why it was them and none other who starred in Firefly. Excellent chemistry :D River is one of the main reasons why a certain character of mine named Kera is capable of weaponized ballet :)

audio sucks ..

More isn't always better, look at Supernatural, that should have ended at season 6 but they ran it into the ground, I still enjoyed the last 4 seasons but they didn't need to exist and were nowhere near as good as the first 6. The American shows go 2 ways, cancelled ridiculously early before they have a chance to garner a fanbase or run into the ground season after season until they are no longer even the same damn show.

I get it. Still the cancellation was soooo not right.

People can say what they want but the cancellation was a good thing I can count on my hands the amount of shows that managed to stay good past the 2nd season It's much better for it to have stopped when it did than gone on and watched it dip like my old friend Farscape

Firefly came out 20 years ago and Jewel is as beautiful as ever. Incredible. Firefly was a great show. It should have had 5 or 7 seasons. The characters were so good.

I developed a major crush on Summer's character River Tam. I LOVED the scene in the bar when she got triggered by the TV advertisement and started attacking everybody in the most beautiful dance-like moves. LOL

Killing Wash was 1000% unnecessary. People fell in love with Firefly because of its characters, not their corpses.

I love Firefly the way it is. Of course I would have wanted more.. but more isn’t always better. I’ve seen some of my favorite shows go downhill with long seasons.. networks steps in and takes over ruining the stories. Show runner changes, casts leave to other projects. Firefly is perfect and flawless with what we got.. and the movie did give closure. It will remain rewatchable for as long as I live 🙂

I was gutted it was cancelled, some stuff is rubbish but season after season, maybe one day it gets revisited, they all did a great job.

While the cancelation sucks, there is a blessing in it. There is no bad Firefly. A phenomenal season and a phenomenal movie. When it comes to "leave them wanting more" it succeeded.

Jewel is just gorgeous.
