You can use Plastidip spray too, as that takes about two coats and peels off much easier than normal paint!

Question: I have been using old school Hagen power glo T8 bulbs since the 80s and now I can't get them anymore. I was looking at two of these lights for my Aqueon 150g tank (72x18x30 tall). No plants as its my Giant Gourami tank. Will this light be too bright? the images I've seen on it look great. Thanks

it's been 95f here the past month and my fish are fine and i have a 40 gallon stock tank. mine does get some shade though until about noon from the overhang of my house. then from noon til about 3pm i pull a patio table over top of the tank to provide partial shade to the pond in the hottest part of the day. i'm pretty sure the water temp never gets above 80-85F doing this or else my fish would be fried by this point lol.
