yes, for 10 hours that day, but he was only with us while we were in the van. He waited for us in the van when we were exploring the attractions.

@@YinAndYang8081 I just did my research and they are not haha.. so yeah there are places where you would need to take bus and some by train. We'll be going to Japan in 2 weeks!!! So excited and we'll be going to see Mt Fuji as well and will definitely take picture by the Lawson convenient store!!! Just hope the sky would be clear on the day we go there 🙏

Fuji. Just one question, the amount (of 45,000JPY) which you paid to Mr. Yu was for the duration of 10hours. Could you please confirm that the van including the driver was included in your payment? Yes, at the end of the day, we only paid him that much, however that was April 2023, so the fee may have changed..

Nice video. I was able to get hold of the driver on WeChat. He is a Chinese from Mainland China so we communicated in Mandarin. We agreed on the rate he asked for, which is 45,000 yen for 10 hrs + 5,000 yen/ hour beyond 10 hrs for August 2024. Basically, it’s the same 6 spots shown in the video so I asked him to keep our trip to within 10 hrs as much as possible. He then proceeded to tell me that the rate might be higher for August and he might not be able to accommodate me at that rate but he doesn’t know what it would be. He then told me that he might recommend me to other drivers and I have to pay what other drivers charge. According to him, there are many tourists from Mainland China that will book their services for weeks during summer and they prefer those. Upon hearing that, I decided not to get his services anymore. Anyway, my point here is: Be careful with this rental car service provider. You might end up with a higher charge than what you agreed upon. He might also drop your business if he gets a better deal. Let me know if anyone find a more reliable rental car service provider with driver.

Thankyou for ur Japan videos. I have been rewatching them to plan for my upcoming Japan trip. Out of all the temples you ve been in Kyoto which are ur 3 best ones to go for 2 days in Kyoto. I plan 4 days in Kyoto but 1 day is for Nara and 1 day for Arishiyama so I really only have 2 days to explore Kyoto temples.

Thanks for your comment :) We'll recommend 1st - Kinkakuji as it's so exquisitely beautiful and best for taking photoes; 2nd - Kennin-Ji, that is a place to enjoy the tranquility, 3rd - Kiyomizu temple in a Kimono, because it's the most visited temple of Japan.Hope it helps.

Brilliant Video. Thank you. I have spent hours searching how to get around Hakone and your video has helped loads. May I ask would you recommend to stay by Hakone Yumoto station? Because the route starts and finishes there? Are there enough places to eat and spend time in the evening by the Hakone Yumoto station? Many thanks for your input and fantastic video.

Hakone is a small place so it's not necessary to stay near the station area. There are plenty of food, it's Japan, Japan has plenty of Delicious food :)
