Day 1, arrived in Tokyo, Experienced Urban Shinjuku |18-DAY Japan trip

On 14-4-23, We arrived at Narita Airport in Japan at around 6 a.m. and reached Keio Plaza Hotel at around 8 a.m. However, we couldn't check in until after 3 p.m., which is the case for most Japanese hotels. So we decided to leave our luggage at the hotel (free) to explore a nearby department store called Isetan. To our surprise, we were off track 7 times on the way from the hotel to Isetan. So, what places did we go?
早晨6點到達日本成田機場，8點左右到京王廣場酒店 Keio Plaza Hotel，但是不能辦理入住，要等到下午3點以後。大多數日本酒店都是3點辦入住。所以我們就把行李寄放在酒店，免費。然後我們決定去附近的伊勢丹百貨公司去逛一逛，也是之前做過攻略才知道的。結果從酒店到伊勢丹的路途中，7次偏離路線，那我們到底去了一些什麼地方呢？
