Funny you talk about forgetting your boots lol. Same thing happened to me yesterday. My primary hunting boots I put on the boot dryer/warmer Tuesday night. Get to the woods Wednesday and cussed myself. But luckily I have 3 different pairs of hunting boots. I threw on another pair and hunted but my feet def weren’t as warm lol.

New deer hunter hunting muzzleloader on the eastern shore in Maryland. Been focusing on swamp edges in deep bottoms. How much stock would you guys put in a 4 scrape line late season. Found it last week (Xmas) going across a hillside dropping paralleling swamp edge

Man spot on when ya say it might have lit a fire under that kids ass to hunt. I shot a doe a few weekends ago with my bow and I swung by my buddies house on the way home. His son came out and saw it and asked if I killed it with my bow. I said yes and it wasn’t 4 hours later my buddy called and said man can you swing by and help him with this bow. It struck and interest and he had his dad take him to Walmart to buy him a bow and now he’s been shooting daily. So as a seasoned hunter it made me happy seeing a kid take interest in it. Good hunting everyone!

Good stuff. Ground hunting is way less hassle and much more mobile than climbing trees. No more stand/saddle, sticks, ropes/tethers/lineman's/life lines/hangers, harnesses and everything else associated with climbing, just me and a ~4 lb. Waldrop PacSeat (you can go without if you want). It doesn't get any more simple, lightweight, fast, quiet and mobile than that.

Good show. What he was referencing earlier about hunters being so feminine....totally agree. Keep up the good work Clint

It was very helpful that he distinguished states such as Virginia and Pennsylvania with gun season during the peak rut from states such as Ohio and Iowa with gun season during the post-rut regarding when to and when not to hunt scrapes.

Nice build! Simple, affective, budget friendly. Love it. I really liked the hammock addition as I'm a full time hammock sleeper and I've been thinking about a way to hang inside my future build. I also really liked the propane stive idea. Seems easier than the diesel heaters a lot of folks are using. However, please be sure to install 2 CO2 detectors for safety! My cousin just passed from CO2 poisoning in his hunting camper :( Be safe my friend and great vid!
