In Our generation today actually smart millionaires can be born through valets! Let’s ask poor ATL or da CHINESE

Location: Detroit, company: park rite, rating: 1 I'll be showing this to my co-workers for reference, i tend to get frowned upon from my valet coworkers for completing these steps successfully. Even tho Ive shared these steps with them i see this is what they don't want to do. It frustrates me because my supervisors is just as bad. Horse play lolly gagging no sense of urgency or hospitality. Hopefully i still have a job with the company because the supervisor called the police on me for telling the full shift these things and all they responded with is i listen to the supervisor not me. The supervisor told me to leave and i refused because i need to work. Why am i being targeted for successfully completing the job and encouraging my peers to do the same? I'm just saying the company i been working at, for 50 days don't enforce all of these and it reflects in the tips.

😂 So you basically work since 50 days somewhere, already have arguments with your supervisor and are asking what is the problem 😅 given your message i suppose nobody explained you so i will since somehow you feel nice. in the vast majority of work places i'm afraid it is not working like that (not to say everywhere). Starting as a valet (not being a highly skilled job) you simply follow the rules in place without making waves. If you want to do different you will have to wait until you become the supervisor. But if your supervisor already 'called the police' on you i suppose it's a good idea to search for another job straight away

@@andreasschank3898 yea the job no longer put me on the schedule I just think when you look at the workforce laziness is protected by other lazy people but myself speak on their performance Im frowned upon I'm not wanting to take away a person job I simply want everyone to complete the task correctly per the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU. No way a person should be retaliated against for using communication properly. Funny thing is I work for Ford now as a car porter of already purchased vehicles yet coworkers neglect to follow the task correctly resulting in a safety meeting before every shift but guess what the safety protocol still gets violated it's not a supervisor issue in the workforce it's an integrity and community issue.

Number ☝️ one rule , DO NOT MOVE OR MODIFY THE DRIVING SEAT
@smartluck1008 ай бұрын
Yeah, no, this helps not if you are 6 feet tall and the person that owns the car is 5 feet tall. You have to move the seat in order to get in the damn car. RULE NUMBER ONE IS TO NOT WRECK THE CAR
@presidentralph8948 ай бұрын
@@smartluck100if you move the car seat you get no tips 😂
@Duecegod1018 ай бұрын
You can move it in order to drive safely, then move it back afterwards also notifying the owner is completely acceptable.
