I may have found the 1973 logo (bylineless and silent) version on a 1973 TV movie titled “A Time for Love”

Also seen on 1980s reruns of the first two seasons of Star Trek; additionally, some Webster season 1 episodes in syndication also have it.

Correct, and it was the final Paramount Cartoons release as Gulf+Western bought the studio a year earlier, and G+W's subsequent purchase of Desilu from Lucille Ball earlier in 1967 meant that G+W had to trim Paramount's fat, which included their animation studio.

You can find this logo on the 1993 "blue box" VHS repackagings of the later season 2 episodes. Elsewhere in the same batch, you can find another anomalies, including this logo with the 1979 Blue Mountain music on "A Private Little War," as well as the late 1968 "Split Box" with the same '79 music on "Mirror, Mirror."
