That stray light is doing nothing because the lighting in the scene looks non-existent. The reflection is the last thing wrong with this shot.

People think making the big spaceship shots that scream "look at me" are what VFX is all about, but more often it's people not noticing the thing you painted out that gives the most satisfaction.

Lately my after effects has been freezing mid editing and usually I don’t notice, so I click the screen when it’s frozen. After I notice no effect is happening when I click, I click the screen a couple more times until it says “not responding” crashing my ae resetting all the progress I’ve done. And this didn’t happen just once, it happened multiple times lately leaving me frustrated.

So I found a solution for macbook users, it's actually not the same process as Window users unfortunately. The problem for Macbook users is their storage. (⚠️ Before you follow any of these steps make sure that you have saved your project file from aftereffects, so that you can go back to it later on. ⚠️) Then you will have to quit your file that froze at the end on media encoder, since you don't need it anymore. Then you need to go to your settings, then go to general, and click on storage. When you get there at the very top of your screen there should be a bar, it tells you what's taking up the most storage. In this case it was my Applications, but it could be completely different for you, and that's ok. All you need to do is go to what's contributing to your high storage the most, and delete the largest files that are taking up the most storage space. After you have done this, you can go back to your after effects file that I told you to save, and was trying to export in media encoder that froze, and put it back into media encoder to process. Not only will your video render faster, because you have reduced your storage, but it will be able to successfully export your video file from after effects. (🍀🍀Trust me, I already tried this, and it worked like a charm, so don't worry i'm not trying to sabotage you!!!!🍀🍀)

I have rtx 4060ti, 16gb, purchased an after effects template from envato elements. Sure it has a lot of effects and so beautiful template!! And then i render using adobe media encoder, and it turns out to be 12 hours rendering lmao. But it is a beautiful template oh well. Its a 1 minute template btw

I’m encountering an issue with exporting camera and empty animation data from Blender to After Effects. The camera exports as a one-node camera, and I can’t find any settings to export it as a two-node camera. When I use the exported camera and empty as track data for other 3D-aware plugins in After Effects, the results are incorrect. If I change the exported camera from one-node to two-node, all the empties go haywire. How can I resolve this problem? Is it because I use a camera rig in Blender to animate?

First video that had the right problem! THANK YOU SO MUCH. If you install it somewhere else with you can't follow any instructions. Adobe also installs some adobe folders all over the place and if you don't know where to dig it's an infinit agony. 😅

For anyone having trouble with the rotation at the end of the movement not being aligned (for example if you want a logo to be rotated properly) then try parenting the layer you're using this expression on, to the null object, doing this fixed the rotation problem for me. I tested this only for a 2D layer.

i tried it, i did everything but when i go looking for the cc i cant find it, then i click on the ffx file and it takes me to after effects and it says "Couldn't import file, unsupported file or extension" ive been trying forever and its getting really annoying and me being a noob i dont know what to do.
