Transient Myeloproliferative Disorder in DS 1:06:02 10 % risk of occurrence Spontaneous resolution ( 70 to 80 % ) High Risk of mortality - Inc WBC count ( 1 lakh ), younger age , Cardiopulmonary issues, high white blood cell (WBC) count, ascites, bleeding, and Liver affected - Hepatic fibrosis TPMD Single agent cytarabine low dose x 5 to 7 days Spontaneous resolution by 3 mth to 4 mth of age 1:09:00 AML develops by 3 to 4 yrs of age therefore till 4yr age screening should be done. GATA mutation seen AML in DS has good prognosis compared to AML in general population Reason - Cytarabine is very effective due to high sensitivity of myeloblast High toxicity of Mtx seen ( inc uptake of Mtx seen in cell ) Screen with CBC with PS at Birth , X 2 mthly ?? Till 2 yrs of age 6 mthly till 4 yrs of age

At last, watching my hives inflammation fade day after day until they completely vanished was such a relief, I went with what I pointed out and within the first 10 days or so the urticaria/angioedema was barely visible! I just go'ogled the latest by Shane Zormander and after 20 days my skin has never been healthier!

Mam i took ID 0,3,7 th day dose as postexposure and today is 17 th day cat who scratched is also live ...bt she scratch me again on 17 th day means today ... And i have remained 28 th day dose which is still 11 days far away .... Im safe ?? 0,3,7 would have developed immunity???
