Thank you for shining a light on this issue. Your work is brave, bold, and much-needed. We've been taught we have to run twice as fast, jump twice as high to reach the same levels as our majority peers. But that goes out the window the higher we progress. Faster running and higher jumping doesn't work anymore. That realization is soul-crushing. Although I had my share of run-ins and micro aggressions during residency (ObGyn), I had a strong support system. I can't imagine what you went through. But you persevered and stood in your truth, now helping other resident physicians navigate the obstacles they encounter. Bravo 👏🏾

Stop serving in the military of a country US and EU that enslaved you for over 400 yrs and still mentally, some physically, financially. THEY'RE COMING TO AN END SOON. They can't survive without us. They complain about us and abuse us but without us there would be no America or EU. They need us but they like to keep us low amoung them, because they know who we are, they just dont want us to wake up and realize it aka ISRAELITES RESEARCH. Turn to God . They will not let us go until Jesus comes.

It’s all about the false notion that black people don’t have the brain power to be mentally equal or better than so called “white people”.

These Congolese and mixed race people need reparations. What you have done has affected their mental status (trauma), education, ability . to provide for their families, their dreams. Every victim and ancestors of victims should receive food security, medical care, education, etc. So they can begin living a normal life, and maybe begin healing. The violations against these people is unbelievable.

The people in the health care system are very much racist for the most part. I was a Surgical Tech. I've seen it first hand. I was in my early 20, and use to go home crying about the racism I experienced in the OR. I was about to go on and become an RN but I decided to get out of that career and went into Electronics. Many yrs have passed and I still yearn to be a doctor deep inside but I just could not handle the racism, even though I had the best grades in my class, and the best performance in the surgical ward at the hospital.

I think it has a lot to do with how long it takes. I have ear a few cousins that just finished the school route. To be in your 30s and still be at the bottom can weigh on people. Especially when their friends have "made it" by now.

Black patients should do their best to choose and support our black doctors for their patient care. They are qualified and have persevered discrimination to get where they are. White people are not going to support them, so it's up to black people to support them.

so does the video-caster/host actually believe that Black people have lower IQ's than Whites? he did say that Black doctors have higher IQs than the general pop. but wondering if in that statement he was also admitting that he believed in the racism theory that Blacks in general have lower IQs...?

Good Question. I believe the data that I quoted is questionable, but for the sake of argument I went with the assumption that it is true. Black vs White IQ gap has been lowering as black nutrition, wealth, and access to education has improved. So I think that it is perfectly reasonable to believe that the difference in black and white IQs is real, but not because we are born that way. I think the difference exists because of negative environmental factors acting on the average black person during the developmental years, poor nutrition (generally), lack of education, and the possibility that the people administering the tests and gathering the data had biases themselves.

...because you stupidly went to a PWI in undergrad and probably medical school too. Had you attended an HBCU, preferably a private institution such as spelman/morehouse/tuskegee/famu. The white & South Asian doctors there would've prepared you better for the racism you will face from non-blacks, how to deal with it, steered you towards a more race friendly residency program and connected you with their colleagues that enjoy nurturing black doctors. BUT you didn't go this route, so you get what you get. Black doctors are pivotal in providing blacks with compassionate culturally sensitive care, so do better research before jumping in to this field.

Attention champions of justice! I am asking for your signature to support my efforts to seek justice to remove an erroneous document from my official military record. I am an honorably retired 22-year (3x) combat veteran (OIFII & OEF) who has been repeatedly denied civil liberties, due process, and constitutional rule of law protections initiated by a senior military officer who abused his authority while serving in a position of power. Moreover, because this person was a member within a department of sworn to be fair and unbiased against injustice for all Soldiers, I have experienced continuous actions of gross mismanagement from my case handlers within the Department of Defense Inspector General Whistleblower Administration Division and the agency's perceived ‘blue wall of silence’ tactics. Thus far, I have obtained the signatures of 400 battle buddies on the attached petition who stand with me in consolidating to clear my name after carefully reviewing the profound, creditable evidence that clearly supports my cause. I am eagerly moving forward to achieve the goal of collecting the 5,000 signatures required to petition the White House and the President for additional assistance. I have already reached out to my U.S. Senators Ted Budd and Thom Tillis, as well as my U.S. Congressional Representative Richard Hudson, but to no avail. Their contact information is listed in the petition, and your support by signing and standing in solidarity for a just cause would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your time, support, and assistance with this request! All the best, Haywood chng.it/7hJ8NmSNcQ One team, one fight! I feel your pain! I worked in corporate America had the same experiences under the same conditions for Bechtel, PWC, GE, as a Contract Manager. The white male has claimed dominion of THIS WORLD with the black man only occupying a position of placement in this society, however, this present world is temporal, terminal and finite. In this WORLD, all cannot be a participant finishing at the top of the ladder. There is not enough space. Therefore, they will win, not without resistance, yet, they will win but what is the prize! A society of calamities, misfortune and tribulation, not saying we should stop fighting but resistance will be feudal, UNTIL the next life!!

If our people read the scriptures you will see what is written in many books and chapters. Unless we as a people do not keep Adonai's Commandments and Precepts. We will be treated the way that it is happening to us. No matter how bright and successful. It will only go as far as they want you to go. So Repent!!!!! Turn your hearts, minds, souls and strength. Do as Adonai asked us to do. Then and only then we will be free. But remember Emmanuel's said we will go through persecution for his name sake. So what have you decided to do? Pray like Nehemiah in chapter one. DANIEL chapter 9😅. For our help comes from none other than Jehovah .

This is a great discussion and information. thanks for sharing. This occurs within the VA for non listed black physicians. I was hired as the Chief Medical Officer of the VA clinic in my area. within less than a year the same unfairness happened to me. Despite having a great evaluation two months prior and no objective examples they immediately terminated my contract. Going thru EO investigations now.

Doc ,i watched both videos and it makes me angry at what they did to you and others. My ancestors were left in Jamaica and I've been to the USA several times on visits and experience racism when I'm shopping and going places. That made me change my mind about migration despite the fact that i have family members and friends who have to endure these conditions. It's been a long time fighting for justice and it's obviously taking forever. I'm happy when i see black people returning to our anchestral home. Africa.

IQ tests are not accurate because they cannot determine if someone is much smarter than the IQ test, those that create the questions cannot understand or evaluate people that are much smarter than they are. Some indigenous Mexicans have tested much, much brighter than most everyone else on some tests including testing better than whites, so others may not be able to really teach up to their indigenous level, but may make it look the opposite because of language and cultural differences.

AI and KZbin are the future of medicine. So much internal politics and infighting and racism, that patients have a difficult time just getting basic care. I am writing this as a regular person, senior, that finds the healthcare system dysfunctional sometimes, especially with primary care. I am a Christian-Buddhist, and find that my faith helps me cope.

The racial discrimination in the medical field both in the military and in civilian life is unconscionable and unacceptable and shameful by the actions of the people responsible for perpetuating these ugly racist situations. Black med students: Don't let this abysmal environment in the medical field dissuade you from achieving your goals. Others have succeeded and so can you. Just keep your head up and stay aware.
