Babysitting? You think a high schooler is capable of watching my son?? I don’t even trust a “certified trained” Aba therapists… they don’t even need a bachelors degree but they are capable of using serious therapy on our children. Make it make sense.

I’m a single mom who’s struggling a lot and I recently started seeing symptoms of autism in my daughter. It’s really hard but I’m trying my best to educate myself. Thanks 🙏

No people want to help! If they see you have a special kid, they will leave you away! No resources for ASD kids in here! All by yourself! This is reality if you have this situation!

"Miracle" might be the most over-used and misapplied example of hyperbole in American culture. A miracle is a mythological belief that what you cannot understand must therefore be the act of a supernatural power in which the laws of nature as we understand them are suspended in your favor despite their being no evidence for, nor reason to believe, in a supernatural power. Jude's recovery is a complex series of variables from education, dedication, effort and a million factors we don't understand at all but continue to learn about bit by bit. It is so much healthier to say the recover was unexpected, unusual, surprising along with anything that gives credit to human knowledge and effort (and likely nature) than to appeal to miracles.

Didn't realize a stroke could occur in the spine. Would love to know how much more recovery has occurred over the years and what the limits are, if any. And maybe someday we'll outgrow the absurdity of thinking this family is blessed by a god. The inability to connect the reality that if you think prayer makes a god decide to intervene for you that you must also accept that your god causes the nightmare in the first place and thus prayer basically is a farce.

There is permanent herbs to improve autism. It’s a medicine you can get from Dr Oyalo KZbin channel, his herbs have made my son improve perfectly in his speech and social skills.

My son will not eat any solids. All food has to be blended eg fruit. Weetabix and yogurt only other thing he eats. He is two and paediatrician thinks he’s autistic but can’t confirm but I know he is as he doesn’t talk or make any eye contact.

@@rehaboth203The doctors immediately got her started on some IV transfusion kind of treatment thing and I forget what it's called. But within a matter of two days she was able to get back at her feet and wobble and start using the bathroom again. Unfortunately they say it's because they got it started very early. So if someone's going through it be sure they get started on this treated immediately. Don't wait for the diagnosis. Through all the covet vaccine stuff, I am very hesitant to trust doctors, but I'm glad this time for modern medicine

@@rehaboth203 The doctors didn't seem to know how it started. It just came on all of a sudden. They think maybe it's because she had multiple viruses going on at the same time. Apparently it's fairly common these days

Now if this had been CBS, WCBS, WPIX, KTLA, or any of The WB's shows, they'd say "mentally retarded" and be openly anti-autistic. Cause they were unpopular for a reason. Even The CW. "Bro"-hating Allied Nordicist Yankee "Friends"-watching The WB-loving/CBS-loving, and The WB was non-Warner Bros.-like. Anti-autistic, anti-tomboy, anti-broish gal (the last two being one of the bros). I'm reviving UPN and creating WB, a real Warner Bros. network (no "The" before "WB," no Tribune, no frog, no "dubba," "dubba," "dubba"). There's also a reason WPIX trails WWOR, the same with WCBS, it trails the other stations as well.

Hello Chrissy. I am sorry to hear he had to be readmitted. How has he been since your post? My 4 yr. old stepdaughter was diagnosed with GBS yesterday and given the first IVIG treatment. The next one is scheduled for 6 pm today. Praying for her to get back to her crazy, energizer bunny self.

I hope your daughter has continued to do well. She clearly has two wonderful parents. My 14 year old daughter just went through brain surgery in the last month, so I know how challenging these times are. But children are resilient and they can achieve great things with the right medical care and parental support!

I'm fully expecting the possibility of having my son with me for tge rest of my life. I love him tremendously. At the same time, I want to set some goals for him. Some days are really challenging and I've take 20 steps back. Today was one of those days😢 usually when we take a step back we go forward a little later.

Our 13 year old son also had a spinal cord stroke only 5 months ago. He to was a talented athlete. It is a great mind set to have to take into the rehab and recovery from such an enormous injury as a spinal cord stroke. Austins was T2-T12. He is now walking and starting to get back into sport. All the best to Leah with her ongoing recovery.

I'm so lost right now, hopefully this video helps me, I recently got my son on feeding therapy, but it hasn't helped so far, he is so skinny, he wont eat anything, and I'm worried sick, its so hard being a mama, let alone having kids with autism/disabilities.

Girl, I feel you, my daughter, lost weight she is so skinny now. She used to love spaghetti, and now she hates it. Then she was into corn dogs for about 3 months, and now she doesn't like it. Also, she would eat 9 chicken nuggets, and now she only eats 3 and is into only french fries. She gravitate more to eating sweets food. The good thing is that she loves fruits. However, I want her to eat more protein. I went on KZbin to get ideas. I hope it helps. You're not alone. It's a struggle, but we will get through it.❤😊
