Very good information and job well done. Please add the following points to ensure good quality : 1) You have not mentioned about the bentonite solution 2) You have to install liner casing for the piles at least 2meters from top of the pile to ensure the verticality of reinforcement cage. this will avoid the side soil collapse when the cage is lowered. 3) You have just dropped the cage of 22m length which is standing on its own weight. so the cage will bend at the center and the reinforcement will be touching the side wall of the bore. the concrete cover may not be guaranteed. to avoid this, after lowering the cage just lift it 10cm and ensure the cage is at center and hanging by supporting it with a cross bar. 4)what about the safety of peronnel working at site? at least helmet,boots and gloves please...Good luck.

Can you please furnish the details of the pointing materials ((ratio of sand cement and damp proof material if any). What is cerabond paste? Where can we buy it ? What's the quantity required for 1000 sq.ft ?

Cerabound paste is now available in all stores and it comes in waterproof material so it doesn't leak. 1000 sqft it's required around 40kg

Specification given for surki and cement mortar, pointing, laying tiles are perfectly matches with the Pwd specifications. Except slope of the surki concrete. 1.5" for 10 ft. (1 in 80) which is very flat. This may be at least 1 in 60. Curing as you suggested is very important. Thank you for the most useful information.
