I used to love homesteading as it is great at unpowering the landowners to allow for better laws with a good IG leader, it can however put you in a Situation, where you have a bad IG leader and can't empower someone else in early to late midgame

In case anyone wants an easy cheese for Corn laws day one, set your trade center to Dobrudja, then give the state of Bessarabia to Moldavia. Congrats your economy exploded, and just give Moldavia Dobrudja and it’ll reset your trade center. Make sure corn laws appears tho so wait a while. Then boom easy corn laws and you didn’t even lose anything. Enjoy LF or Interventionism by ‘39 And remember than tenant farmers is required for the reformers JE :)

@ yeah it’s just smth to do. The first time I tried it, I got homesteading first and the RF was willing to tear the nation apart just to stop tenant farmers 😭 I always got stuck on the conscription law tho
