What are the benefits of composting😮
@BioRhythmicWellness
@BioRhythmicWellness 4 күн бұрын
I think of Compost for Plants like I think of a Multivitamin for People. It’s a good general source of nutrition to feed fruit, vegetable and landscaping plants.

In Austin, the ground gets very hot in the summer. Compost can act like mulch to keep plant roots cool, retain moisture in the soil (avoid evaporation), and keep weeds away.

Nothing to do with amino acids. Supplementing amino acids is a waste of money. This is genetics and low body fat. Also leaning over to make them pop even more.

As a Certified Nutritionist, former teacher of Sports Nutrition at the college level and current NPC Physique competitor, you are completely wrong about supplementing with amino acids (and it being genetics).

Costco uses rotisserie chicken as something known as a "loss leader" where there is a popular product that is very cheap that the store actually loses money selling but gains that money back by drawing you into the store to buy the thing, potentially leading to other purchases

We LOVE the roasted chicken from Costco! I get 4 every month. So much you can make with these. Baked the skin extra crispy for a treat! Boil the carcasses for your own chicken stock ... Chicken salad, Chicken enchiladas, stick a beer can up its butt and slow roast to reheat and grab that extra flavor! I could keep going! AND, AND ITS A STEAL FOR 5 BUCK EACH! Get on em' Ppl! 😂 🐔🍗🐓🐥

Its a lost leader in Costco the cooked chicken they purposely lose money on most cooked product like the chicken and hotdog. To attract customers to come to the stores. So you come and buy other product and produce which are sold at high profit margin
