Essential Ingredients
• 1 head Cauliflower
• 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
• 1 tsp Salt
• 1 tsp Pepper
• 2 tsp Garlic Powder
• 2 tsp Onion Powder
• 1 Cup of Shredded Cheese*
*Mozzarella is recommended but Parmesan, Cheddar or Colby Jack can be substituted
Optional Ingredients
• Fresh chopped Parsley
Directions
Total prep time: 5 minutes
Total cooking time: 10 minutes
1. Preheat oven on broil (high)
2. Chop up cauliflower
3. In 9x13 baking dish pour in olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder and onion powder
4. Add in cauliflower and hand toss everything together
5. Cook for 5 min and then turn over cauliflower
6. Cook for 3 min and then sprinkle on cheese
7. Cook for 1 min or until cheese is melted
8. Garnish with parsley (optional)
