Tofu is evil no matter what you coat it with or add to it. This combination is identical to all the others on KZbin. No difference. TVP is a bit more tolerable. I have been a vegetarian for 50 odd years and still cannot come to terms with Tofu. You lot should stop pretending it is delicious or can be made to taste delicious.

I sauteed radish for the first time last night without knowing how to. When i noticed that they looked like baby red potatoes after quartering them, I treated them as such. I've always loved raw radish but I had no idea what I was missing. This recipe looks even better than what I came up with and I can't wait to try it out. Dang I wish I'd seen this a little sooner. I was looking for a lemon salt recipe that included zest all week, I mistakenly ordered 21 lemons online (thought I was getting three, ended up with three bags). Now they're all squeezed and I threw the rinds out :'(

I'm trying this out for the first time, added gochujang and a little acv. I'm SO hype it smells amazing in my air fryer 🙌🏽🥹💓 ty sm I'm seriously tired of faux meat costing more than real meat 🍖 Update: it's SO GOOD and doesn't look or taste eerily close to real meat like the store bought stuff. If anyone tries it with gochujang maybe skip adding cayenne and paprika 🔥😌

This recipe is excellent! Note a typo in the written part: it should be half a cup or one whole stick of butter, not half a stick. The video says half cup/one stick.

You can use a plate on top of the bowl with the marinade. Then you do not need any foil. Nice and planet friendly.

Just made this with asparagus, peas, kale, spinach, and brussels sprouts (all the greens I had in my fridge) and it turned out great! The coconut and coriander flavors-mmm! I liked it better unblended since I changed out the vegetables. Please make more recipes! I made your sautéed radishes today and it was also very tasty!! So glad I discovered you from Selena and Chef!
