Get up early & go in the morning an hour or so before the brocante begins to start shopping. You will get the Best Buy’s then….especially from the non professionals booths!

To get the Best Buy’s…..if the flea market starts at 9am …go at 7-8am or earlier…..while they are setting up & begin looking….especially the non professional booths.. that is how you get the Best Buy’s!! By 9-10am the best cheap stuff is bought up by the professionals that have set up their booth early

At your markets…do people usually ask the seller if they can give you a better price? We do at our markets & sometimes they usually will. Love all the hand made items trims & I love monogrammed linens! Ooooooo! Loved the beautiful big blue transfer ware bowl near the end of your video!….the one with the big crack!

Hello again! Yes, I live in Dordogne, in the southwest of France. I often see people trying to negotiate. I’m not very good at it, but usually, after I ask for the price and hesitate, they start to lower it.

It is so very interesting to go with you to these flea markets. I see so many unique items compared to our flea markets. Are you in France? The first blue plate & tureen is my favorite color of transfer ware dishes. I never mind the stains either!

16:15 удивительно, как дожила до нашего времени эта красотка! Видимо она очень, очень пожилая дама и когда-то была прекрасной. Возможно из неë принимал пищу даже один из королей Франции. Поразительно, что такая на первый взгляд хрупкая вещь, может так долго сохраниться, вы еë также спасли в очередной раз, она счастлива!👌

I agree with the person who said its a lamp for enlarging photos. Also you can put in an old 35mm slide and make it appear on a table or wall. The photo album is beautiful...but sadly thats what happens...the family dies out and no one is around to take care of the pictures. You could spend forever trying to find any celebrities etc. Its better to try and find photos of people in front of landmarks or famous places.

Thank you for sharing this! Finding photos in front of landmarks is a really interesting idea-it's like piecing together a visual history. Now that you mention it, most of the photos I come across do seem to be taken in studios. I will keep an eyes on them.

That’s not a lamp, that’s an enlarger for photography. But there’re some pieces missing. I’m not sure, but probably from the 40’s or 50’s. Thanks for the video
