Place is badly decorated. No charm. Bad camera work going so fast upstairs. Just SHOW it, it would be more interesting to see the path going up. Too bad the kitchen was ruined with the ugly black countertop and cheap looking white cabinets. Nasty. Uninviting.

Just wanted to give a big shoutout to Ashley. I’ve watched literally every video on this channel featuring her since I foind it (yes, even the ones that are no longer relevant) and honestly I don’t think there’s anybody in the real estate space on KZbin that’s as entertaining as her. She’s such a natural in front of the camera - her energy and enthusiasm is contagious. If I could give a few tips for the Tour videos though - they’d be: Staying in frame (admittedly she already does this pretty well) -bry staying in frame during walkthroughs. It makes things more personal and helps us get a better sense of the space. Also, tour videos between 5-20 minutes are ideal for giving viewers enough time to appreciate the property.
