fascinating, just one bit of feedback, need to sort your peaking levels. Lower the sensitivity on the mics, clipping too much. But keep at it!!!

First of all, well done, Ste, that must have taken some balls to do that. You had me hooked throughout this and tbh it brought back memories of my own mental health as I was bullied as a child and throughout my first marriage both physically and mentally then again at my workplace I too contemplated suicide and needed councilling. Your coping mechanisms are working. Keep it up. I truly feel you should do a course on suicide and mental health to add to your portfolio and aid in getting you a job that you are meant to do. I did a course with socoach, and I am now a mental health first aider. I too think you will be fab, and that's coming from a nurse. They also do a suicide awareness course. Please think about doing this. I feel it's your vocation. Sorry about your mum and uncle. That must have been so hard, but you have coped so well. Take care Paula Murray

On my little lads KZbin but you’ll know who this is Ste. I Think I’ve known Ste longer than any mate I’ve got. From our days on the landing in William Henry street. I moved from there when I was about 5 but I still remember your mum Ste. And I know she was a good mate of my ma’s at the time. Dead proud of you getting on here and opening up like this mate. Takes some balls to do it. Keep going lad. You’ve done brilliant ❤

As were Labour. They're two cheeks of the same arse. Evil people, all of them. Don't fall for the "Left/Right" dichotomy. The system needs change.

I was lucky enough to be invited on to this podcast and have watched them all so far and it strikes me that all of us who have had our troubles and come out of the other side always want to help people who are going through the same things. Long may this continue. Keep it going lads you're smashing it.❤

Sometimes just being reminded that our brains LIE to us can help. It says to isolate due to very old instincts based on contagious illnesses, but the feeling ill doesn't go away after a few days, but the instinct stays too.

Tracy is an incredible woman, she saved me when she first opened the project, I was in such a dark place and couldn’t see a way out, I tried everywhere before I found the Jade L Roberts Project, honestly the service they run is better then anywhere I’ve ever been, I actually finally felt understood and heard and most importantly they really cared, they genuinely want to help! Tracy, John, Jack, Andy, the list is endless, what a wonderful team of people and I’m forever grateful. If you’re in a dark place there is light at the end of the tunnel, just reach out to them.

The message is very similar to Carlo’s Podcast (no19) that one of the keys to helping your mental health is ‘movement’ Walking, gym, running, dancing, etc all have a duel purpose ‘improves both physical and mental health
